After taking Communion Missing the week before the Mass?
Me and my girlfriend are Catholic and receive the Eucharist. We had a question
Is it true if you forget the week before the mass, which may not receive the Eucharist until you make a confession. Is this really true or is it a myth that parents say.
- Does anyone know if the Pro Abortion Politicians gave Communion at Papal Mass in DC?
- In the Eucharist, you think that is appropriate for churches to exclude others from taking Communion?
- Why do so few people attending Catholic Masses refrain from receiving the Eucharist?
- When can you get a Eucharist at Mass?
- Catholics, what is the best in this situation?

If you deliberately do not attend Mass without a good reason (like illness), you have committed a mortal sin. Then committed another mortal sin to receive communion before going to confession first. However, if you sincerely ignorant of the facts, has not committed the sin and you can not commit a mortal sin without sufficient knowledge. But you should talk about these facts at the next confession anyway including the fact that it did not realize it was a sin to receive communion. But now that you know, please refrain from receiving communion before it has gone to confession first. You are guilty the next time. It is always a mortal sin to miss Mass on a Sunday without a good reason.
That is a total myth, everything else, although it is true.
Think of it this way - you have to go to confession before eating the next slice of bread?
I am sure that you do not go to hell for it.
