No, you cannot. You could call the priest and request Spiritual Direction, just tell him your Non-Catholic, but Confession is a Sacrament, and only Catholics can be absolved by it. To believe a priest can absolve your sins places you in a category you are not able to accept; you’d be held to all other standards of the Church.
If you feel a call to Confession, why not investigate Catholicism more? You may find out some things you didn’t know before.http://www.catholic.com/library/Pillar.a…
There are certain rituals and prayers that are used in the Sacrament of Reconciliation that you will not know and, therefore, the priest will know you are not Catholic and will not, cannot grant you absolution. However, you could talk to the local parish priest and ask for spiritual counseling, I am sure you could work something out with him.
why do you need to go to confession. there is one Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus. and if you need something else, find a close and trustworthy friend to pour your sins and troubles too.
the Blood of Jesus cleans us from all sins.

Whats with all the non-Catholics wanting to receive Catholic sacraments? If you want our sacraments then become a Catholic!
confess them to Jesus instead–but I suppose you could–
Go ahead, but inform the priest at the beginning that you are not Catholic.
Why don’t you confess your sins to your fellow Christ follower and be forgiven…?
Confess them to yourself over a nice, hot cup of tea, with just a touch of whole milk. You’ll feel 100% better.
You’re not supposed to enjoy it.
Just use therapy or a bar like the rest of us.
Nope.
