Not that they have no right to do so. That would be a form of discrimintation and nobody can say you're not Christian, since it is only between you and God. P.S. Carrie ignore because it was his decision to become a Catholic and you should be proud of any decision to take, unless of course they are absolutely horrible, but it is not.

big mistake. just go as far as the Catholic Church as possible. hey apple: im not a troll. I thought the point of it was answering the question. Catholic Church will never accept openly homosexual. many generations of prejudice. which of course is my opinion. i do not understand why anyone would choose a religion that, by definition, believes what is wrong. There are many religions that there is much more acceptable. thank you very much.

I am Catholic and R. openly Gay. All my church, and nobody knows me look different. The priest of the firm is not our business. Also, if he thinks homosexuality is wrong (which is what not!), Which does not want us to continue going to church to repent or something?

Why do you want to go to a church where no one knew who he wanted? I'm not sure how to tell, but I can tell you that goes back to the Baptist did not fix it. that's for sure. Try United Church of Christ. appear to be more favorable in that area.

No, they can not. That is against the law and can go into a big problem for him, people can thumbs down me all you want is illegal and they know it too. But honestly, the Catholic Church is open + people = trouble on themselves.

You do not have a problem with the church, you have a problem with God. The church is only the Body of Christ. What we really need to do is decide who to follow. God, or your sexual desire? Choose life.

Probably there are many Catholics who have desires of the same sex, but they remain celibate and not live a sinful lifestyle. People are not convicted for having sinned, but want to act on them. I think if you choose to remain Christian and God's will that you consider a lifestyle celibacy or heterosexual. You do not have to act on their desires of millions before you have found. Until you are able to reconcile the Church through the sacrament of confession, should not receive the Blessed Sacrament which will add to the sins that have already incorporated. Based on its rejection of the teaching of the Church of Christ has already separated yourself from the Church. May God have mercy on you! God bless! In Christ's love, Fr Joseph

if you are a member of the Catholic church, you must be or be studying to be as Catholic .... Confession is part of being Catholic. Bishops are similar, but without confession and some other sacraments or "rules." because they do not believe in what the church teaches - I do not understand why you want to be part of it - is not what you want you need for your growing faith. I'm not sure what you mean by being openly homosexual. It will not be the hand or hug Mass - Why is it important. Despite realizing that there will be problems if you do the communion and to have sex with your partner. in a larger parish would not be an issue as dramatic, but in a small parish church is the standard gossip. just be ready. however, if you are in a sexual relationship, you will not be communion anyway so it would not be a problem.

I am a Roman Catholic girl and the whole world knows I'm gay ... Some people seems to me hateful, but most do not care one way or another. Nobody is asking to be ... although he had a lady who asked if I would be happier somewhere else ... I said no, but maybe 'it' is ... hahaha ... Catholicism teaches its members that God loves everyone, including gays ... but the church has a "problem" with gay people acting on their sexual orientation. However, consider this ... Church also has a problem with "premarital sex" ... too ... Therefore, no big deal ... around the world a sinner ... that's why I go to church. Stop stressing about it and go to the church of God "... nobody else ...
