    <<Catholic Church-NEW sins capitales–Vatican obscene wealth Guilty?>>
There are three things wrong with his statement:
      1) The new deadly sins - No, this is new social sins.
      2) The obscene wealth - not the creation of poverty.
      3) Vatican Guilty - No, not guilty of the Vatican.
<<the Catholic Church has just announced some new deadly sins -amongst-les-riquezas obscenas, so tanto, Vatican is very obscene and commit sins capitales-¿Te A Agree?>>
The new seven social sins are:
      The seven social sins are:
      1. “ Bioethical 'violations such as birth control
      2. “ Morally dubious''experiments such as stem cell research
      3. Drug abuse
      4. Polluting the environment
      5. Contribute to expanding gap between rich and poor
      6. Excess wealth
      7. Creating poverty

No, because the Vatican of "wealth" are used to support programs to help the poor, the oppressed, the hungry and the sick throughout the world.
Obscene wealth by the wealth that does well - does not create jobs, not feeding hungry, does not cure the sick. This is far from what the Vatican and the Catholic Church as a whole, no.
In fact, the Vatican is generally a defecit. In those years he has run a surplus (expenditure has been lower than revenues), the amount was small (around 3 million euros in 2004 - less than $ 4 million at the time). For a church with a billion members, is a small amount.

This is not a list of new sins.
Once again the media has misinterpreted, either on purpose or blown out of proportion a story involving the Church.
The most recent case is the interview a Vatican official gave to the press of the Vatican on the social impact of sin in a globalized society.
Here are some of the "owners":
+ "Vatican introduces new forms of sin"
+ "Seven More Sins, Thanks to Vatican"
+ "New sins as bad as the old sins - Vatican official"
      + "Vatican Updates Thou-shalt-not list
+ "Recycle or go to Hell, warns Vatican"
This whole scenario assumes that there is a list of sins that we can look up, besides the Ten Commandments or the seven deadly sins.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church does not even have a list of sins, but has an index of topics covered.

    absolutely.

  8. Benjamin Franklin Pierce says:

NO! The new sins are not sins, which are just modern applications to the 10 commandments. And the Catholic church is not rich. Tith is required, which helps finance improvements to the church, pay employees and provide work for charity.

  9. Froggie4 says:

The Catholic church is not rich in every way. Have you seen the Pope on the list of forbes just above Bill Gates.
Pope isint some treaties as king. He lives very modestly and I bet more cash in the bank than he. Oh wait it doesn't have a bank account.
