I'm glad you've asked for help. It is a temptation difficult to overcome, but with God's help is possible.

We've all been there. Please understand that God knows how difficult a time you have, trying to avoid temptation. And He knows your desire to avoid the sins against purity. Have confidence in their faith. Now you are in an age when their hormones are added. And this over-sexualized world that is struggling. But do not worry, it's completely normal.
I would recommend that, when faced with temptation to look for a girl or boy lust, try to simply say: "Jesus, I trust you." I try when I'm saying this to the temptation or need. Calling me the name of the Lord Jesus to help.
I wish that you could give me some kind of fool-proof tip to help you completely avoid this temptation, but I can not. I have suffered through what you are going through, and I still sometimes see the suffering, and I'm 32yo. The world is not easy for us to do, right? I will pray for you.
