Dead Cannot pray for you. So why Catholics pray to Mary?
Why Catholics pray to Mary. The Bible says that there were more children, and she is in heaven in body and soul?
- Catholics. Why pray to Mary? She is dead. Do you not think that God must be the only one Praying For You?
- Why Catholics pray for the dead and Mary?
- Why the Orthodox and Catholics pray to Mary?
- Why Catholics pray to Mary? The Bible never says to pray to Mary, but only to God …?
- Why in the world Catholics pray to the statue of Mary? Where the Bible does say to pray to Mary?

The Catholic church is still affected by the pagan influence. Mary is the only embdiment goddesses Diana, Ishtar, etc renamed
its stupid that shouldn't be
the only thing he did was take that Jesus has nothing to do with helping to
I do not know if you are really looking for a true answer or not ….
but has a large number of fault-finding negative responses from people who do not know what they are talking about.
If you believe the dead can not pray for you and not believe their grandparents or other loved ones who have died, could have gone to heaven and be able to communicate with you, then perhaps it is impossible to explain to you.
Religious people believe their loved ones can pray they are with God, and that one day join them.
Mary, the mother of Jesus is a saint in the Christian faith. She was fully human, yet we know that he is with God, and cares deeply for humanity. We Catholics believe that Mary wants us to keep praying to God and that Mary intercedes for us when we do, in much the same way that our deceased relatives who try to help us when we ask them to.
Catholics do not pray to Mary … I ask you to pray for them.
Deceived
Not intended to take the whys, wherefore not, or the reasons behind the teaching of the church. I am a Roman Catholic, and therefore that means accepting the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church.
Here's how you look. I need all the help it can get to lead a good Christian life in this world, and so do my friends and family. Therefore, I ask the Lord to help, while asking Mary and the saints to pray for all of us (alive and dead).
Mary and the saints intercede for us to Christ. Mary prayer is more powerful than any of my prayers to Christ. (What child does not listen to your own mother?)
We know from the Bible that Jesus listened to his mother. During the wedding in Cana, Jesus initially resisted her first job until the miracle of Mary do persist. First, he said, "the woman is not yet my time." But wow, Mary has to change his mind and change water into wine.
We know from the teaching of Christ in the Bible that the Father hears the Son "(No one comes to the Father but by me).
Thus, in addition to praying for myself to Jesus, I ask Mary to pray for me in His Son Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ and - in turn - calls my name to his Father.
That's how I approach it. Moreover, since we are all children of God (as Catholics believe) Mary is the Mother of God, that we are all children of Mary. What mother has ignored the pleas of prayer of their own children? No mother … mothers and not to do something to help their children! It's that way with Mary and the Catholics.
I thought the same question, I used to have a couple of friends who are Catholic and are suggested to solve a problem and spare anothers feelings that I said this is not good but I guess its okay to be Catholic, if anyone were wounded by the lies, like "little white lies."
PRAY FOR THEM ….. GRACE BE GIVEN FOR INTERCESSION ….. IF …. BELIEVE IT IT Happens ……. read because it was SANTO IN AND OUT OF LIFE … … ROSARIO AND MANY MANY MANY ARE OFFERED UNENDING …. This is the MOTHER OF ALL ….. THATS pray for them.
Christians Repent - who does not follow the words of their God and Savior. You are critical and intolerant. His name is profane. God comes to you as a judge who has judged others.
I believe that Catholics worship a false idol. Mary is not really God. He did supposedly giving birth to the son of God, they say that it is God .. but I think we are breaking one of the 10 commandments of their religion.
Because Mary is especially pleased when the prayers are conducted through it to his son. Praying to Mary, the intention is for her to intervene on behalf of his son, Jesus.
Who says the dead can not pray for you?
He asked Catholics about it and tell me not pray to Mary, but have great respect for her because she gave birth to Jesus. I know that the Hail Mary to ask her to pray for them. But is not praying the Hail Mary with her? She may be dead in the body, but she is in heaven with Jesus, in spirit.
I have a problem with any Christian denomination, even if they have a slightly different tactics of my church, but there are some questionable issues that have come to my mind when it comes to Catholics. If you read the Bible when Jesus was teaching in the temple on the day of Mary could not find the man, who asked him where he had been and his answer was "A woman must be about my Fathers business." In all cases, when Jesus meets Mary, who always responded to her as "woman" and not the mother. The reason is because Mary is just a simple woman who was chosen to give birth to our Lord and Savior, because he had never been touched by a man and therefore it is considered pure. That's why the Bible refers to as an "Immaculate Conception". Mary, or any other woman, it is worth saying that Jesus was "mother", because Mary is a sinner saved by grace just like you and me and never intended to be viewed as a mediator between us and the Holy Jesus. Because of Jesus' position, if He had called his mother, was an indication that she would undergo. His work, but because it would come and preach the gospel away the sin of the world through His death, his work, like ours, was to submit to it. Therefore, it is inappropriate for any man to pray with her and asks her to pray to Jesus for us, because the Bible says that Jesus is our advocate in between God and us. Therefore, the only person we have to go to reach God is Jesus. Not, then Jesus Maria. I hope this helps.
P.S. This is no reflection on salvation, because in Catholic teaching that Jesus is the Son of God who died to remove the sins of the world that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life, education is the right thing.
Body and soul are one. Nobody really knows if mary rose from the grave.
Catholics pray to Mary because Satan that the church sold a lie.
Mary had other children but my ex-Catholic sister fell on the floor crying to God for forgiveness when I told him that Mary was a virgin ETERNA. Whatever. No, Mary, the earthly mother of Jesus is not in heaven, as though the Catholic teachings, not all good people go to heaven. In fact, nobody is going to heaven when they die. When people die, they are dead and therefore aware of anything until the resurrection. Why did God tell people to go to heaven or to hell and then have another time of the resurrection to do all over again?
Catholics have other, different religious views that may be of interest ….
Why do Catholics split the "honor thy father and thy mother" and in order for the two commandments of 'you should not worship any images "is taken out of the 10 commandments? This is so they can have all their idols in their churches, Mary … Saints … and all that. Catholicism is based on Christianity, but during the centuries after the death of Christ as the church were in search of converts to the faith, made commitments to pagan believers accept their teaching and so many beliefs pagan origin were introduced into the Catholic faith that have no basis BIBLE. Such as; HELLFIRE (not a biblical teaching. The only mention of a place of fire destruction is the "lake of fire" mentioned in revalations and that fire is a figurative meaning as a symbol of eternal destruction of Satan and his followers.) idolatry, the Holy Trinity (Old Roman belief), Easter (rome. ..) Christmas (many pagan beliefs), the cross (Jesus was not killed in a cross, but rather a torture stake. The Romans were not even by crossing in this period in history. look it up.) The theory that all good people go to heaven (not supported in the Bible)
Santos + +
The New Testament does not indicate that people in heaven can not pray for the living.
Remember that before Christ died for us, the gates of heaven were closed to all human beings. Therefore, the relationship of our brothers and sisters in Christ who died had to be developed by the early Church as inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Revelation 5:8 say nothing of the prayers of the saints in heaven coming to God, "Each of the couples held a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints."
We share the view of Catholics in the Communion of Saints with many other Christians, including Eastern Orthodox, Anglican and Episcopal churches.
The Communion of Saints is the belief that all saints are intimately related in the Body of Christ, a family. When it dies and goes to heaven, do not let this family.
Everyone in heaven or on their way to heaven are saints, you, me, my deceased grandmother, Mary, the mother of Jesus, and Mother Teresa.
As part of this family, you can ask your friends and family here on earth to pray for you. Or, you can also ask the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Andrew, or your deceased grandmother in heaven to pray for you.
Brothers of Jesus + +
The Bible says that Mary had no more children. It is said that Jesus had siblings, which is something very different.
How was James, the brother of the Lord "(Matthew 13:55, Acts 15:13-21, 1 Cor. 15:7, Gal. 1:19) related to Jesus. All believers agree that is related, but nobody knows exactly how.
The chances are that James was as follows:
1. A brother of Jesus, another Son of God born of the Virgin Mary. No one accepts my knowledge that God had another child of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
2. A half brother of Jesus, a younger son of Joseph and Mary. Some Christians believe this, but the majority of Christians in particular those who are Catholic and Eastern Orthodox believe that Mary remained a virgin throughout her life.
3. A stepbrother of Jesus, son of Joseph and a previous (deceased) wife. Many Christians believe that Joseph had at least one previous marriage, which resulted in children.
4. A stepbrother of Jesus, an adopted son of Joseph and Mary. Died when parents and their children are often raised in them as their own. An orphan adopted child is considered the brother of Jesus.
5. A cousin of Jesus. The Aramaic language has no word for cousin. Aramaic frequently uses the word "AHA", which translates into Greek as "Adelphe or English as a brother for cousin.
6. A companion of Jesus. This is a remote possibility. Adelphe Greek uses the same it does in English "a band of brothers."
Possibilities 1 and 2, obviously run counter to Catholic beliefs.
The Catholic Church prefers to 5, but 3, 4 and 6 did not go against the doctrine.
+ The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary &
Catholics and some other Christian churches who believe in the end of his earthly life, Mary's physical body is assumed in the sky.
+ With love in Christ.
Because Catholics are stupid people
she is in the spirit of the world and is a saint, so
… because people believe in something?
Who says the dead can not pray for you? We do not worship Mary as a God we pray to her. We believe that because he is holy immaculate conception, for those of you who do not know this is pregnancy without sex. She is in heaven, and is rumered there were more children, Joseph, so no immaculate conception. This has nothing to do with if he went to heaven or not.
False doctrine, obviously - obvious to anyone who knows the Bible.
Catholics PRAY a lot of people dead, and I mean much, since it is really strange trying to communicate with the dead is necromancy necromancy And it is a sin, according to BIBLE.DO we see a contradiction or what?
yup
interesting point, but I think all the things that take the Bible literally. THR Bible was written by men (inspired writings) and to prove it. to demonstrate that the entire religion. can not can not be disproved either. Someones word you're taking what you think you are so catolics are people of all other religion. it's called faith. relax and enjoy their own personal faith and let others have theirs. Provided they do not hurt anyone in the name of God is right in my book.-I do not care if there is any peaceful Muslims, but at least it seems a punishment is part of what religion is judge, jury and executioner.
relax and let the Catholics believe what they want. you believe what you want.
remember this - do not worry about the spectrum in the hands of his eye until you have removed the plank from your own. in other words, do not try you're not fully understand.
Y do u people look for ways to criticize and to the shame of the Catholic faith? Do tell Catholics to read the Bible and worship normal idle JESUS AND GOD. We pray that Mary can pray for us. She is the caregiver without sin, as God is our Father in heaven, she is our mother.
pray to Mary because the Catholic church is corrupt
Catholoic because the Church does not encourage people to research and read the Bible for themselves. I am a former Catholic.
It is because before Christianity came along many of the pagan cultures prayed to a female goddess mother figure. Mary was presented as a substitute, because when Christianity has spread it is impossible to break this cultural identitiy.
We asked them to pray for us, because we believe that when people die and go to heaven, still care for us, we ask those who are already close to God to pray for us, intercede for us to God.
Same reason the people to pray with me. They are delusional.
