Hmm. Well, dear, on the one hand we are all "bad Catholics" in one way or another.
The video and the song itself is not overtly sacrilegious - the priest is not presented in a mocking way, for example. (There's a big difference between questioning certain aspects of religion and the mockery.) In fact the only thing that is worrying for me as a Catholic is an apparent suicide in the solution, and it seems that the establishment of the church / priest is incidental to it. Almost romanticizes suicide, however, and in any context that is not something that I think young people need to internalize.
This is what I would have told you if my child / grandchild. I will not drag a confession because see / hear this is not a sin. I would suggest that you do some private reflection on what you like about him, and if that is compatible with what our faith teaches. But this is something that can only be determined.

If family members want to drag a confession to hear that this is going to be spending much time in the confession. Because the world is full of things that are not in the Catholic Church eyes Pro or religion. We just have to deal with it and continue with our lives and beliefs. Tell your family to back you can, as the song and still be a good Catholic. If you wrote the song that would be different. Good luck anyway!

I am Catholic and I do not see anything "wrong" with which he hears. Music is a form of expression … Some artists like angry music, like some sad, some are happy ….. I prefer music that will bring positive energy in my life. Life is full of negative things over and feed our minds with negative thoughts that create more negativity in our lives …. as the saying garbage in garbage out. Everyone has a personal preference so if you like to follow what your own voice and the way he speaks to you.

It is not too horrible. I do not think that music is a good thing, though. I will not listen, because I think it is quite disrespectful to my faith. I was raised Catholic … but when I grew up, I went to church to learn about false true God and true!
Your faith is between you and God! You and not what others think of you …
These family members need for their own faith in practice and stop being so hypocritical of you …

He did not mean to you before you go to a "priest", but to the person who fails. If you have a bug … first go to God! Ask for guidance … He is the only one who will tell you the truth!
For me … the only thing the Catholic "confessional" is good for the gossip is for the man who is listening …
