When you're stuck in neutral, take your car to the mechanic, the same as anyone else.
Confession is like this: You go to church, usually on Saturday because that's when the majority of priests available to hear confessions. You enter a small room with her confessor, or a confessional booth if you're shy. You say a little prayer called "act of contrition," but that's not really necessary and say okay do not know or forgot. The priest can walk you through it if desired. Then they said all the bad things you've done. The priest can offer tips on how to do things differently so it is less likely to sin again in the same way. Then the priest gives him absolution and usually requires some sort of penance. A prison is a symbolic act to show that we feel for their sins. In general, in the form or sentences.

Count backwards from 10, The Confession is when you go to a priest for no apparent reason and tell your sins and seek forgiveness when the priest is just a bigger sinner of them all.

Hear Fr Barron: I would say that to you - go to church.
