For Catholics …… What is your favorite part of the Mass? And Why?
Attend Mass each find some beauty that I feel that God uses to reach me in person. Are things that I reaffirm my faith and my spirit lift. I wonder if others felt the same way Catholics and so little in the Mass does it all?
For non-Catholics I'm not trying to exclude from the discussion, but my question revolves around the mass with his Catholic Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist and other things that are entirely Catholic. If you have attended Mass and I would like to respond, please tell us the same thing as what you find beautiful that was different from how they conduct their services. I would like to ask everyone to refrain from responding if you can not keep to the question of the subject and just wanted to crash and bash. Thank you and God bless!

There are times in the Mass, when he feels strongly the presence of God. Sometimes during the homily. Sometimes it is the consecration. Sometimes it's a crying child. Sometimes I see someone in the reception of communion. Every Mass is a prayer. God reveals himself in every moment and every person. The most common, but for me it would be during the consecration, especially when the priest says: "This is my body given for you" and "Do this in remembrance of me." The command in Christ to celebrate the memory of such a human thing seems that God wants.
im not Catholic
The final, so I can go home and watch football.
I used to like those little round wafers.
In fact the entire mass. Usually attend the 5:30 PM Saturday Mass in the parish in my neighborhood. I've always preferred the Latin Mass, but unfortunately I do not have a parish. In any case, to attend Mass is always a hard weeks for me. I am proud to be Catholic and very grateful to my mother to give me twelve more years of Catholic education!
I agree with Bella …
My fav part is the end
transubstantiation
Hmmm … These users are not Catholics? Then the day of trial should be closed by now.
Originally, I was baptized a Catholic, went to parochial school, the Sisters of the majority of the master confirmed, and attended mass every day at school. Then the mass and the songs were sung in Latin, then switched to English when I was about in 7th grade. I loved going to mass and couln't wait. I liked making the sign of the cross, genuflec, holy water, the stations of the cross and the blessing and incense, sometimes before mass, and goes to confession, so it may be worthy to receive Holy Communion. I loved looking at and before the statues kneel and pray. I'd like to see the priest opened the box of gold that the gold cup and see it through the last supper, to increase the Eucharist, eating, drinking wine, and clean the bowl. The body is a holy, magical experience. I also liked the end, when the priest walked down the aile. It is a sacred experience for me.
My favorite part is the communion of singing the song and thanks givinging hymns. priest and the reading of the gosple and explain about it.
When I attended Catholic Mass with my in-laws, my favorite part is the Eucharist before the bells.
I also like a Latin mass, as in the old days.
The Consecration.
Not every day you come to witness a miricle
Communion: I know that torture is almost over.

I agree that the liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist are very edifying parts of the body, but for me the entry procession, where the servers and auxiliary input, followed by the priest, is special. It is supposed to remind us of Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem, where he was praised and glorified, however, a few days later we were asked to be crucified. During the Mass, through prayers, readings and other symbolic rites, is to live passion and death of Jesus, and remember the promise of his second coming, which ultimately defeats his death.
I believe in the Eucharist, I feel God's presence more. That is the most beautiful part of the estate to me. God bless
I like to receive the Eucharist the best.
As a family, we all approach the altar, say Amen, Jesus Christ and in ourselves.
With love in Christ.
I love the consecration. Lately, I've been to detect the presence of the angels and saints at that point, and I love it!
Furthermore, after receiving euchrist is really special for me. I could not sit down and talk with God, alone with Him, but surrounded by people who feel the same with him about what I do. And when I feel so moved, I can not participate in music.
My favorite part is probably the least mass homily. Where I live, the Catholic Church is very conservative, and many priests do not learn the 8 minutes or less well homily. But in this day and age of the shortage of priests, I suppose we can not complain about that.
The opening, where it used to be in Latin.
Sermons are always good, but my favorite is the "peace be with you" part. When you shake hands with random people around you and feel the genuine respect of others. I feel high after this.
wine, and purpose.
Communion. Love knees on the bench watching the women go up to communion bootys.
the part where you finally get to sit … alll that knees up and down
I need to fart
When I was a Catholic who always enjoyed the homily. Our priest was a good storyteller and was able to inspire to be good, not to judge others and every time they talk about their experience because it is not stuck to instill fear in us, but we teach moral lessons through empathy and love.
I felt close to God after every time you listen, but as I have my old priest lost his passion for the Homily.
Before we can feel his passion and love for God, but simply was … then as I started out I was starting to realize that the Bible and that God is just a fairytale and I was just a product CONDITIONED RELIGION.
The Holy Mass is the Catholic worship service most beautiful thing I've been and gone for 48 years of my life.
I have a great love for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Catholic faith.
The reason is the mass.
Opening of the Sign of the Cross in the final thanks to God, the Catholic mass includes a mixture of music, writing, prayer, song and fellowship. And that's just in the introductory part of the estate. But the best is yet to come. The bread and wine offered at Mass becomes the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ as in his last supper the night before he died. When we participate in this communion with the Lord, we are receiving in the most intimate way possible.
That, my brothers and sisters, is why I live …
And love the Catholic Mass
I would say that my favorite part of the Mass is the Liturgy of the Eucharist is not just something that I can not explain. I feel as if this is what it is that simple breaking of bread and pouring the cup full of everything for me. I also want to let you know that I am the wife of a Protestant pastor, who believes that the way the view of many Protestants Eucharist as very disappointing, was not held to the same effect as something special to share each time the service is held , sometimes it is only 4 times a year: Christmas, Easter, and two other times that are elected by the Council of Elders. My husband also believes that many times the Protestant denominations do not have the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior (the Eucharist) as seriously as it should be. God bless!
The homilies, especially in my church! My priest is such a beautiful inspiration to all who applaud every time after that in fact these are wonderful, I also like peace be with you because you come to interact with people around you and the exchange of smiles, and sometimes I like to sing, but I'm horribly off key, so most of my time trying to keep down, unless I'm totally in it … :] I like because I renew the fellowship of the Holy Spirit within me ..
Favorite part of the Mass? All Mass
Where can you witness heaven on earth …
Since the beginning of the mass until the end of the mass, all the service is full of blessings and honor to the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Procession of the entry, the final blessing. A reading of the Old Testament, New Testament, reading the Gospel reading. The homily is for me the culmination of the Catholic mass in the presentation of gifts to the prayers of the saints. Being on my knees before him as his body and blood was submitted to the congregation, then finally in front of my Savior, and receiving Him in the Eucharist, I believe that all the saints and angels among us gathered there, singing praises Him. It is also blessed to be there to witness the heaven on earth, and sent to share the good news. WOW! Words can not describe the feeling I get when I attend Mass that love is expressed is unimaginable, and indescribable.
By the Grace of God I am blessed every time we go to Mass to a impressive testimony never inspire such a case, never understood the Catholic faith. But as Jesus said to Thomas, "Have you come to believe, because I've seen? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe. "
My favorite is:
"Lord I am not worthy to receive you, but a word and I shall be healed"
Because the summit of the body. We are about to participate in the Lord's Supper and we are humbled and realize that we say - we are not worthy of it. Or, the sacrifice that has made us capable of participating.
And, realizing that all that God has to do is say the word - and we did it all over again.
I agree with Aidan B on the merger in-your-face wafers.
Or as I like everything
