I have a question about the Mass and non-Catholics?
Currently, I am Catholic and I will not attend Mass on Sunday. I know they can not receive the Eucharist, but I am supposed to cross your arms to receive a blessing. Is there a way to cross your arms? Also, what is the blessing and the priest, what do you do to make that blessing?
- Christian / Catholic despite what appears to display if a mass is the same as the participant?
- After taking Communion Missing the week before the Mass?
- For Catholics …… What is your favorite part of the Mass? And Why?
- Catholics: Instead of blessing of the Eucharist Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist?
- For Catholics: What is your opinion on the Mass?

No specific way. If the parish is allowed to attend this practice, not just open your mouth or put your hand to indicate you want to receive the body. Any other position would be clear to the minister. The minister just said "bless you" in the name of the Trinity.
Welcome to your chance to attend the mass, which incidentally is not a social event or a show, is the participation of God's people in a banquet where the food is the body and blood of Christ.
It is not necessary to form the line of communion if they are not going to receive the Eucharist, but in case it decides to do so anyway, crossing his arms over his chest, the priest and focus.
In the blessing, the priest invokes God's favor upon you.
Do not miss this chance to go to church, listen, observe, participate ……. perhaps you're being called something else.
Greetings.
Albert
He ido a mass of 40 years and my experience is that unless you receive communion is not really the approach the priest for a blessing. This is done to the congregation by the priest and you can have your arms crossed or not. It is my suggestion to have their hands in a way of praying and you will always be on the right. Of course, at Passover we have come to the priest and throw holy water on the congregation, but that is the exception, as the majority remains a priest at the altar.
You should be warned that Catholics have certain spots mass in each of the non-Catholics in attendance. If you think you are a Catholic he was not informed and expelled! (KIDDING)
You can go and ask for a blessing (some people cross their arms), or you can simply stay in the bank.
If the priest blesses you, you can put your hand on your head and say a short prayer - probably inaudible. It will not be, but a couple of seconds because of the line.
You can also ask for a blessing at the end of Mass
Acknowledging the Eucharist as the body, blood, soul and divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ is the first good thing. The blessing is received is the result of person Apocalypse. The blessing you receive is to give you the strength to continue its journey towards full communion with the Church that Jesus left us. Praise God for this blessing and continue their walk. Peace and prayer.
It is not mandatory. If you prefer, you can stay in their seats while others are to receive Communion. You know how to put your hand over your heart for the Star-Spangled Banner? Same thing, but the two hands. The priest will make the sign of the cross in the air in front of you with your hands. no big deal.
If the father tries to give communion, just quietly say something like "I'm not Catholic," or "just a blessing."
Catholic
Go up there and cross your arms over your chest (hands in front sholders). I'm guessing that was a Catholic and have become an agnostic …? Oh well, its all good. I believe that every path to God is correct. And for those who choose no path, and that is fine too, as its very confusing. Mass is meant to be only a religious thing … but will listen attentively and can help you live a better life.
Arms crossed over the chest / breast. PRIEST CELEBRATES THE SACRED BODY / COMMUNION HOLY SEE, in front of the person who is to receive the blessing and said: "The body of Christ" the person being BLESSED can say, "Amen." IN ANY CASE, THE PRIEST IS MAKE A SIGN OF THE CROSS OF PERSON WITH the Sacred Host.
I am unaware of this tradition. May be unique to this church. In general, the blessing will be similar to the sign of the cross … In the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Most people close their fists and with an "X" on his upper chest. Or you can remain seated, but to kneel and leave the bank for others to pass.
Ive always wanted to go to a Mass Good luck and if you get a chance shoot me an email and let me know what it was!
