Statistics also show that the most prevalent within the schools and families sad but true and I, and any other decent human being we want to completely remove this!. Many child molesters and serial rapists have families. There are men who harass their children. I think that should be your best selection and all allegations must be investigated thoroughly. The only thing the numbers are set to try and not give them probation or a slap on the wrist. Many criminals get one or two years imprisonment and / or parole. This is a horrible crime, but more often the punishment is a slap on the wrist. A person is much harder to kick the dog or shooting a goose out of season for annoying a child.
