She was free of original sin, the sin of Adam and Eve. That does not mean she could not or did not sin in your life. There are different types of sin.

God! She was not sinless! Everyone who is born of man and woman (ie, sperm from the man) was born in sin. They have a sinful nature. Jesus was born of the Holy Spirit, and it came from the womb of Mary, but she was a virgin and conceived by the Holy Spirit - He is God! (John 1:1)
Mary is not God, and she was a normal human being like the rest of us. The Catholic Church, if they do teach is to teach this false doctrine that I know are high and pray that she is wrong because the Bible says that Jesus is the only mediator between God and man. Jesus is the only one without sin, our only Savior. Praise Him!

Oh joy, is "Whack-a-Catholic" Monday here? I'm mighty sick and tired of having to explain something that could have been answered by 5 minutes of Google search for the six jillion similar questions already asked.
Obviously, you have made up your mind that you're right, and nothing any of us Catholics say they will change what you think. We can explain the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception and the logistics of sending God, His pure and holy Son Sin in a dirty stained vessel until they are blue in the face. We put thought and effort into our positions (as opposed to a pair of cut and paste the queens who love to bash the Catholics), only to be told we are liars.
So if you want to know what we have already said on this topic, learning how to use the damn search function. Enough already.

This is a difficult concept, and many may not agree with the solution.
The solution is something like this: Mary, a creature who under normal circumstances, have shared in the sin of Adam - what we call original sin - the only remedy for that is the salvation wrought by Jesus. But God, in preparation for his own incarnation, have not become a sin in the flesh. References to the Old Testament, the Ark of the Covenant which is made of incorruptible wood are exercised in support of this. According to this typology, Mary, the "ark", home to Jesus, to be incorruptible an even greater degree.
The standard verse in support sinlessness of Mary is the greeting of the angel: "Full of Grace" at the annunciation. If Mary is sinful, then how is it full of grace, at the same time?
Redemption is not seen as an event that happened in the kingdom only temporary. While there was a time and place, its effects were in eternity - stretching (as we would like the experience) back and forth in time. Then Mary was preserved from sin as a favor (gift) for her, which prevented him from being born in sin, as every other human being. Therefore, she was preserved from sin, not by merit Herr, but in a gesture of preventive Father awaiting the remption acquired by the eternal Son.

Mary also needs a Savior. Like all other descendants of Adam, which was subject to the necessity of contracting original sin. We also know of another very prominent exception to the rule: Jesus (Hebrews 4:15). Therefore, if the statement of Paul in Romans 3 includes an exception for the new Adam (Jesus), one can argue that an exception to the New Eve (Mary) can also be done.
Now you ask - why use a sinner 'ship' to be free of sin?

DO Catholics admit that Mary is truly human and that she needed me and be saved from original sin. I think she just received her salvation at the beginning of their life, so that it can be the mother of God incarnate.
The Bible indicates that this in Luke 1:28, when the angel greets Mary, "Hail, Ye that have received the fullness of grace." Well, that's not a perfect translation, but if they studied Greek, you'd see that it is a title used to address it. And what does it mean that you have received the fullness of grace - the fullness of grace? It means to be completely absolved of all sin. As you can see, Maria was already fully absolved by Christ our Savior, and well, too. Imagine being the mother of Jesus and is not fully protected and acquitted of all sin! Oh, the selfishness, greed that have arisen in it!
You are correct that Jesus is the model of virtue, but Mary is not so bad itself. His faith in Christ is absolutely perfect and no one can do badly to emulate in this regard.
Mary always points to Jesus (which is how we know that Mary is not negative and spirit). So if anyone sees Mary for help, which will be directed to Christ.
Why not be a little more forgiveness for us Catholics? We really is not as bad as you think you are.

The name of the Messiah YAHOSHUA which means YHVH is my Savior. That's probably what it really says Maria.
