The Pope will go to confession like anyone else does. Usually going to a priest who worked closely with him.
The Pope of office may be important, but it is a Catholic like the rest of us, and are supposed to practice their own faith life like the rest of us ….
The last Pope (John Paul) had an old Polish priest as her confessor. John Paul would go to him every Saturday.

Any person, including the Pope, you can celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) with any priest.
