God will forgive you as many times as you seek forgiveness.
But only "be forgiven" is not a way to change a habit. If you want to change the habit, must be replaced by something else. If it is "asleep" that triggers masturbation for you, then you need something else to do. You could go to bed with a rosary in his hands, for example, and pray through the rosary, meditating on the things of the Lord. Hard to imagine wanting any kind of sexual pleasure while you are thinking of Christ crowned with thorns, beaten and crucified, right?
Also, as to say that lust is part of this, imagine that something in your head? Is there anything off these images in your head like porn, democracy movies / videos, some TV programs? You may have to remove all those things outside of their "entertainment" in the calendar so as not to cause lust that leads to masturbation and then replace it with images that do not give you the same effect. Watch the History Channel or something.

ummm .. I think Catholics have to remain ever forgiven that sin (with the help of a priest, hence the need to be a Catholic first, sustain and assist the rituals and following). If you think that I'm away … you heard the recent announcement of the Pope? (all other churches "do not have the means of salvation")

I had a similar history and talked to my dad about it and put it all. He said that is something that many people struggle with. He said he doubts that this is a mortal sin in my case, because the motivation is not against God, but simply a human weakness. I do not want to go into much detail. Honestly. I can not believe until masturbations counts as a mortal sin.
Can not be avoided. masturabte if not, you have wet dreams. is not a sin, is a natural part of their body functions.
if you are really concerned about going to hell for it, see in this way - if your heart was not in it, or not even wake up, what can count as a sin? you need to act without knowing, so I think you need to calm down and be fine.
