Number of religions, Holy Eucharist: How Religion Should Catholics the Eucharist?

I like the way Blessed Mother Teresa say. She said, "When we look at the cross, we know how much Jesus loved us. When we look at the tabernacle, we know how much Jesus loves us now. "
Some Catholics believe that we can share in the Eucharist and receive the grace of the Eucharist at Mass, to receive Holy Communion. This idea limits the power and love of Jesus too. Certainly, participation in the sacrifice of the Mass and receive Holy Communion is the most powerful source of grace for us, but it is not the only source of Eucharistic grace. After the sacrifice is completed, remains in the sacrament. Jesus, in His sacramental body and blood is still here with us as our friend, as He promised. This is why it is so important eucharistic adoration.
This is why we should visit our friend, Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, to return his love for us and to draw spiritual strength and power and encouragement of that love.
Unfortunately, there are many in the Church today who do not see the need or value of Eucharistic adoration. Some even oppose it, claiming that the worship of our Lord in the Eucharist is not in force today in the modern church
That's why it is important to us today to realize that Eucharistic adoration is very much in accordance with the teachings of the Church, and especially the Second Vatican Council.
One of the main points of Vatican II was to emphasize the importance of the Eucharistic liturgy in the worship of God and developing our own spiritual life. Vatican advises that the sacrifice of the Eucharist, the Mass should be the primary expression of our faith, and that all other devotions should spring from the Mass and takes us back to the Mass Eucharistic adoration does exactly that.
Experience shows that private prayer and worship the Lord in the Eucharist, causes more frequent and more intense participation in the Mass.

The Eucharist is our Lord and should be honored for their love and sacrifice. We must receive with an open heart and sincere desire that allows you to work within us.
We should be so full of presence that we are in absolute fear and ecstasy.
