Use of Marijuana Peyote O instead of wine in the sacrament of the Eucharist?

yes. Catholic prophet with a pharmaceutical social engineer ministry, is in the process of trying to found a religious organization that will seek to obtain the legal right to use marijuana and peyote in a strictly therapeutic way during religious ceremonies.
How is that to push the first line of the border. Do you see any problem with the concept.
If so describe what and why?

Some Catholics. I have no problem with peyote and marijuana (medical, recreational, or spiritual), but the Church has been very clear that the wine grape and wheat are the only valid elements for the Eucharist.

    * Shrugs * Meh. I do not think any of those things should be banned first, not the government to regulate stupidity.
Religions should not obtain exemptions for the sake of religion, but if something forbidden justice, then it is forbidden for good reason. I do not see how any can make a religious use prohibition more or less legitimate.
      * * @ ʍǝɹpuɐ edit ǝɥʇ: I have everything in the separation of church and state, but would not allow religion to carry out human sacrifices, which we? I'm all for church and state is completely independent, but IMO, the only things that should be illegal are the things that are unacceptable in any context.

That just sounds strange to me: S, although to be honest I do not know what peyote is lol
But as much as people say marijuana is good to use and has no effect … There is a reason that is illegal in the first place, people are simply not aware of the long-term damage it can do for your mental health.
But yes, great idea, get all Catholics (and I imagine that Protestants follow suit) High Mass each week … see how many months before that half of them (/ think they are) addicted, and then end up in hard drugs.
What kind of idiot came up with that? Used for therapeutic reasons ****, my kids probably a druggy, sounds like the kind of a stupid thing to do …
Incidentally, what do you mean by a "religious organization"? Because I think that some crazy people trying to form their own cult …
Many people wonder how to make any comment that could be as religious if it happened … it is a great way to make people stupid.
Sorry, but it really irritated me the way that even ridiculed the suggestion is, oh, and also, where is out of this?
