Does anyone here actually read what they write?
A virgin conceived without sin to give birth to a virgin who gives birth to a man who remains a virgin until death.
Sounds like the plot of a movie really warped.

Mary the virgin birth is to give birth to Jesus as a virgin.
Immaculate Conception of Mary is born from her mother without the stain of original sin.

These are two different events.
Mary is the Immaculate Conception when he was conceived - without original sin.
The conception of Jesus is known as the Incarnation.

Virgin birth is possible and occurs in very simple forms of life.
When the concept is applied to the complex life forms such lizards and squirrels that is applied by the illiterate.
When the English, called "scholars" working on the final version of the RV mid-1700 decided to change the Greek in the ancient dialect of the Bible and the Virgin Mary to raise the status, condition appreciated by a woman absence of males of the species, which were ignorant of basic biology. The truth is known that many things are unknown.
If it were possible for complex life forms like humans and squirrels, to give birth this way, outside of spring always, in all cases without exception, be women ….
Thus, in their ignorance of real life, the so-called "academic" Jesus was a. .. girl!
It would be laughable if it were not so pathetic.

The Virgin Birth is the birth of Jesus, the Immaculate Conception means the birth of Mary to be sinless.
This, I think not, but that is why I am a former Catholic.
DevilFi - Virgin Birth and in human interaction are not involved, Mary has never been with a man, with what she sees as a Virgin. Go to health class!
She even designed as a virgin! I do not hold that she remained a virgin throughout her life as other children mentioned in the Bible. The point is she seen as a virgin.

Immaculate Conception means that Mary was conceived when (through their parents who have natural, normal sex), God saved them from being stained with original sin.
The virgin birth means that Jesus had when she was a virgin.
