When the Catholic Church is trying to convert the pagans to incorporate some of their ideas to bring in the lid. Case is purgatory. The wild in the British Isles had a concept of purgatory in his beliefs. The missionaries, in a bid to win more of them married to their ideas of them. The problem is, at the time that bled back into the remainder of the church. The idea of infant baptism came from the misconception that baptism is necessary for the removal of the sins of salvation, and childhood mortality due to people who wanted to name as quickly as possible to cover their sins. The Catholic Church does not worship institute Sunday, despite claims by some people. Sunday started much before the Catholic Church began in the 4th cent. because of the persecution of the Jews. Jews were upset when the Christians met in their sleep, even violent, and the strategic change was one of the early church made for security reasons. Nothing in Scripture moves on Saturday until Sunday. Approve the RAC did not judising an Act on the Sabbath, but for Sunday worship, although this is common practice for a long time before the Catholic church formed in the 300's. Much of the material developed in the era of medieval ignorance when people have strange ideas on things and then of his disciples took him further. As Mary is sinless. Someone said that if Mary had sinned, that happens to Jesus. Is something not discussed in the Bible is just men thinking these things on their minds. Then came others, and although he said the mother of Mary, and his mother before her, etc, also had to be sinless. It ridicuous only. For many centuries the RCC discouraged people from reading the Bible for themselves, because they do not want people to get their own thoughts, but the people want to follow the line of the Church. In addition, people wanted to be dependent on the church, salvation, forgiveness, etc., became part of the institution.

It depends on your theology and interpretation of text. I am Protestant, but the understanding of many Catholic doctrines and how they arose and have no problem with them. I think we can be very small in our religious bias lock all want to walk in step and exactly what we believe is not necessary.

All religions are man-made, and therefore wrong. God presumably (if exists) is all the wiser, taking into account in judging people on their merits rather than the tricks of his cult.

To believe that the Bible is our only sources of Christian truth is unbiblical and illogical. Lord founded one Church (Matthew 16:18-19) no one book that should be the pillar of truth and the earth. Catholics recognize apostolic tradition and Scripture, as reflected in the teaching of the life of the Catholic Church authority, which had mandated the teaching oral de Jesus and the apostles with the authority to interpret Scripture correctly.

The Bible was formed outside of the traditional Catholic Church, about 400 years after Christ died and rose from the dead. Tradition of the Church above the Bible, and no authority that the Bible has come from the pre-existent authority of the Catholic Church. There were hundreds of writings about Christ in the Bible when it was collected, and the Church (through its bishops, and priests) that were divinely inspired selections. When he says the Church does not follow the Bible, they are putting the cart before the horse. The Bible is in line with the Church because the Church before the Bible and it is from the Church's tradition that formed the Bible.

You do not understand what they criticize. John the Baptist was composed by Catholics? You do the words of the other commandments written 100 years ago? Christ did not say that you forgive the sins they are forgiven, whose singing you hold, to keep? " Each religion has its traditions and practices, some of which come directly from the Bible and some of which do not. If you do not accept the Catholic teachings or practices, then do not follow them. But do not criticize what I do not understand. That is a mark of intelligence is a sign of ignorance.

My favorite was that Mary was a virgin until the deaths. Do you know any spouses who put up with that?
