Well, yes I am Catholic and believe in Jesus we know that He is our priest. First of all Mary gave birth to Jesus, I think it's a step better than you. Was chosen for all other women to give birth to him. Do not worship statues. We never have. We show respect for the Saints that has stuck on. Show respect to Mary because she is the mother of Jesus. I guess that does not show respect for his mother. The Catholic Church is as strong today as it always has been. I hate to inform you of other religions, but have problems in their churches I will point you or are you man enough to know ya.
