Why do people say Catholics Worship Mary Pope, Etc?
Catholics do not worship Mary, the Pope, or saints. Put a statue of Mary in your yard is the same as putting a gnome in your garden. The Pope is the president gives structure. Saints are just that, really awsome people in history. Even if someone prays with them, is not like talking to a friend? We do not worship them, God is God, God is nobody else.

If a person asks why we pray to idols.Their answer is that they know that there is only a belief in a God.We God.So not much difference between Catholics and idol worshipers.

Umm .. and to examine its present most of the other religions do not have a "leader" as Catholics do so great as the Pope. Personally, I see how it is that Catholics worship the pope, and I think it is wrong to believe in a man as much as u believe in god. not taking a stab at any religion, but you know how Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins, why do Catholics confess their sins (because God forgives by Jesus) to a man on the ground that it is probably a sinner himself? thats like me saying "oh god ur son was not enough for me to believe in what I'm just guna say that this type cree who knows what hes doing" is not considered as all Catholics worship Mary, but if u look Spanish culture are mostly Catholic and that worship of Mary, a lot. not horrible, but I want to have a parade for her and other things only to demonstrate their belief in it. They say things like that because you really do not understand the Catholic Church and the teachings and the sacraments established by Christ himself. I am sure that the followers of Baal had their reasons and excuses too. Reverance is the same as worship. Prayer is something to idolatry. The holding of any serious (man made) in reverance image is forbidden fruit.

I disagree. When someone leads the prayer, we are asking someone to listen and do something about it. You are essentially on the saints and Mary, as if they have god-like power to fix anything on earth for you. Moreover, since the Catholics have to believe that the Pope is elected by God, not just the court of Catholic leaders who really do, and that the Pope has the public of god above what a normal person, how do you Catholics considered only as part of a church hierarchy structure? He lives in splendor, has massive power, and is supposed to have the ear of God, so it is certainly regarded as more than just the "president elect" of Catholics.

Within the Catholic Church, offered prayers to Mary and asking the saints to intercede on our behalf. It's not like talking with a friend, because we asked to, or assisting in the delivery of things that only God can give. And why so many Catholic churches contain statues, plaques and no name, no pictures, but the statues of Mary and the saints? They needed a place of worship?

Catholics worship little gold ornaments in the churches. The whole religion is a joke, and is one of the richest in the world to boot.
