USED Catholic priests to be allowed to marry.
This practice was carried out when the church was losing too much land, money and other assets, because the priests the sons inherited these assets instead of the church.
At that time it became forbidden for priests to marry, and since then, of course, all property of the priest after his death he went directly to church.

It is only because of the "temptation to immorality" (7:2) that Paul gives the teaching of every man and woman with a spouse and the other their "conjugal rights" (7:3), but specifically says, "I say by way of concession, not of command. I want everyone were like me. But each has his own gift from God, one of a kind and one of another "
"Are you free from a wife? Not looking for marriage … Those who marry will have worldly problems, and I want you to spare …. The unmarried man is concerned about the affairs of the Lord, how the Lord, please, but the married man is concerned about worldly affairs, how to please his wife, and his interests are divided. And the unmarried woman or girl is concerned about the affairs of the Lord, how to be holy in body and spirit, but the married woman is concerned about worldly affairs, how to please her husband "(7:27-34).
Paul concluded: He who marries "does well, and that it refrains from making a better marriage" (7:38).
After Jesus' teaching in Matthew 19 on divorce and remarriage, the disciples said, "If such is the case between a man and his wife, it is better not to marry" (Mt 19:10). This observation is Jesus' teaching about the value of celibacy "for the sake of the kingdom":
"Not everyone can accept this word, but only to those who have been granted. Some are unable to marry because they were born, some because they were made so by others, some because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of God. Who can accept this should accept it "(Matthew 19:11-12).
Note that this kind of celibacy "for the sake of the kingdom" is a gift, a call that is not granted to all or even most people, but granted to few. Other people are called to marriage. It is true that too often individuals in both vocations fall short of the requirements of their state, but this does not diminish either vocation, nor does it mean that the persons in question were "not really called to this vocation. The sin of a priest does not necessarily prove that should never have taken a vow of celibacy, any more than the sin of a married man or woman can prove that he or she should never have married. It is possible for us to live up to our true vocation.
Celibacy is neither abnormal nor unbiblical. "Be fruitful and multiply" is not binding for everyone, but it is a precept for the human race. Otherwise, every unmarried man and woman of marrying age in a state of sin by remaining single, and Jesus and Paul would be guilty of promoting sin and commit the same.
As for communion, again, read your Bible.
"I am the bread of life, who comes to me will never hunger, and whoever believes in me will never thirst." At this point the Jews what was meant metaphorically speaking.
Jesus first repeated what he said, then summarized: "I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any one eats of this bread will live forever, and the bread that I shall give for the life of the world is my flesh. "The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying:" How can this man give us his flesh to eat? "(John 6:51-52).
His listeners were stupefied because now it means that Jesus literally and correctly. Again repeated his words, but with greater emphasis, and made the statement about drinking his blood: "Truly, truly, I say, if you do not eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, has no life you, who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him "(John 6:53-56).
Jesus made no attempt to soften what he said, any attempt to correct "misunderstandings", for there were none. Lord of the audience understands him perfectly. No longer thought I was speaking metaphorically.
In John 6:60 we read: "Many of his disciples, when they heard that, he said, 'This is a hard saying, who can listen to it?" These were his disciples, people used for their remarkable ways. Warned not to think carnally, but spiritually, "It is the Spirit who gives life, the flesh is useless, the words that I have spoken are spirit and life" (John 6:63, cf. 1 Cor. 2:12-14 ).
But I knew that some would not believe. "After that, many of his disciples drew back and no longer went with him" (John 6:66).
This is the only record we have any of Christ's followers to leave him purely doctrinal reasons. If it had been a misunderstanding, if it erred in making a metaphor in a literal sense, why not call him back and set things straight? Both the Jews, who were suspected of him and his disciples, who had accepted everything so far, have remained with him said he had been speaking only symbolically.
But do not correct these demonstrators. Twelve times he said it was the bread that came down from heaven, four times, has said that "to eat my flesh and drinks my blood." John 6 is a promise of what was widely instituted at the Last Supper and it was a promise that could not be more explicit.

I am Catholic, but I wish that the priests could marry, because it would develop much closer to his congregation (as it would be much better able to identify with them). However, although I do not like, I understand the tradition behind this. St. Peter and St. Paul because their wives were not only mission was to carry out God's Word - our clergy today reflects this position.

First, Catholics do read the Bible. Most Catholics have no idea what is even catecism. Second, priests, nuns and monks have solomn all the vows of obedience, poverty and chastity. They know what they're getting long before they made the vows, and they are supposed to honor the vote. The Bible also speaks of wolves dressed in sheep's clothing … perhaps the few priests who have had problems (it is pretty bad because it would have left the priesthood at any time!) are the same wolves in sheep's clothing? The majority of Catholics today do not put much power in the Pope. We believe that your thoughts as thoughts, and bring into our lives however we see fit. He did not write any changes (like to know where you heard of that one), but includes the power to change the doctrine. He was given power by Jesus Christ himself. All the successors of Peter have the power. Which is in the Bible. Maybe you need to practice what you preach and read the whole Bible, not just the parts that work in your defense?

The priest is entitled. Priests may marry up to about a thousand years ago when a sexually disordered Pope decided it could not. Married priests could remain in the priesthood, but not married priests can not marry and married people can no more become priests.
I'm not sure why priests can not marry, in fact that was one reason for the Protestant revolution of the Protestant Church and why the ministers, preachers, Reverends, priests, etc, can marry. Catholicism has a lot of things that are not in writing, inquisition, crusades, the murder, torture, marriage, etc, etc. These are just the things that made up Papas.
That's what happens when you put faith in people, claiming they have the power to change the Law of God in the will. Faith must be in God and God alone.
The idea that the Pope can do things is in Matthew 19
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood has not revealed to you, but my Father in heaven. 18 And I say to thee, that thou art Peter and on this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and what you lose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Catholics have decided that every pope since Peter, who does not really evangelize the church system that developed in the Catholic Church, inherited this ability to "force", although the Scripture says no such thing.
Also, a couple of lines after Christ called Peter "Satan", to understand that Peter is fallible and it would be very difficult to inherit someone so fallible infallibility of which Christ calls them "Satan".
As for God, but do not give anyone the "Papa" "power"

Apparently disregarding Jesus curse when He established the church and placed in the hands of Peter. We, the people will not give power to the Pope, Jesus Christ and what he did, when Pedro put in charge of his church. Being married does not stop a pedophile to be a pedophile. Most of the priests who were accused of pedophilia that homosexuals infiltrated the church with an agenda. Were not true men of God. Before you throw stones at the true church of Jesus Christ (the Church) that your best image in Protestant churches to ministers who have been accused of pedophilia, and schools, police stations, fire departments, sports coaches, Mom and Dad's, and other family members, neighbors next door.
As for the Eucharist (the Lord's Supper), why do you deny your presence at your table? You are only hurting yourself when you do not take the Lord's Supper as He told His apostles. When the lack of respect for the Catholic Church that is disrespect to Jesus Christ.
