There is more to the Catholic doctrine of the Bible. There is also the Sacred Oral Tradition, and the idea that Jesus married Mary Magdelene is not an element of the Sacred Oral Tradition either.
NOTE: You are assuming Mary Magdelene wrote, because his name appears on it?
Furthermore, just because it has some word "gospel" is the title does not belong to the Bible.
"Gospel" literally means "Good News".
How many times during the course of any day we can use, or used to hear the phrase "good news"?

There is nothing in the Bible that even mentions it. Someone wrote a book some years ago that mentioned this possibility (which was by the way in fiction) and people started talking as if it were fact.
Jesus did not come to this land with the intention of marrying and having a family. He came to preach and show people where they are going wrong. He came to heal and show people the wonderful miracles of God and He came to die for our sins so you never need to be punished for them.
To add to the Bible is a sin, and although the Roman Catholic church teaches many things that are not Scripture is not one of his teachings, I am pleased to say.

1) Why does the Catholic Church denies the marriage of Jesus and Mary Magdalene?
Mainly because
a) the lack of a true account of that event
b) a clear indication in the Bible that is best for a Christian to remain single if he or she is capable of doing so. Since Jesus was the "perfect man", there is no way that someone can be better than Jesus, in any form, including this one.
2) However, there are other gospels of Jesus' life, not in the Bible, Mary Magdelene as the Gospel.

Unless that Mary Magdalene was over 100 years old when he wrote this, it is a fraudulent document. Most pseudepigrapha not the same test.

I think the Roman Catholic Church teach some heresies, but
not, it's only a few popular (sic) book of fiction, this idea has become popular.
