Why the Catholic Church to pray to Jesus, His Mother Mary called "holy queen"?
- If heaven is genderless why Mary is called Queen of Heaven / Mother of God by Catholics?
- Why do Catholics pray to Mary, Mother of Jesus, Jesus never said much, nor was she part of the Trinity, so why?
- Mary is the Mother of Jesus, the Queen of Heaven?
- Why not Deny Orthdox Excluding Chrstians Catholic Church of Our Lady called Mary Mother of God?
- Do you pray to Mary, Mother of God, Jesus? Why some Christians do not recognize as the Mother of God?

They think Jesus is God and she is the mother of God.
When the angel appeared to Mary telling specifically what is born will be "holy, the Son of God"
However, some just can not see that because it discourages the use of the Bible.
Must include a Bible reading and a bit of themselves … to open their eyes because I just talked to a priest about a serious matter and adultery …. put an end to marriage …. I pointed out that once the marriage bond is broken with third party having intimate relations with one of them after the divorce was a biblical book ….. He said: "Hang in there!"
We are not going by the Bible we turn the spoken word.
So the Catholics out there who still go to church … you may want to see another faith, because if God wants to give you eternal life, you will learn what is required of you … It's in the Bible. The priests do not know where it is unable to help.

Towards the end of 3 years before the Christian era, God's angel Gabriel became incarnate or embodied. In this way was submitted to a single Jewish girl named Mary's royal lineage of David. To Mary, explained a new thing that would happen without human marriage, saying: "Look! conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and he will call his name Jesus. This will be great and will be called the Son of the Almighty and the Lord God will give you the throne of David his father, and he will be king over the house of Jacob forever, and no end of his reign. "" How is that question, since I'm having relations with any man? "asked Mary. Gabriel said: "Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. For that reason also what is born will be called holy, the Son of God. "Mary of God according to their use of magic in this way, saying:" Look! Slave of the Lord! May be with me according to your statement. "(Luke 1:26-38) But how?
Last time you checked, the mother of a king is a queen in her own right. Jesus is the King of kings, and that makes her a queen mother. And now that Mary was preserved from the stain of original sin (Immaculate Conception), which would give us would be very holy, too.
Jesus told his disciples: "Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives the person who sent
Me. "[Matthew 10:40] You can apply this verse of Mary, saying:" Whoever receives [Mary] received [Jesus], who
received [Jesus] receives one who sent him. Who receives [Mary] because [she] is [the mother of the King]
receive [the mother of the King's] reward, and whoever receives a fair [women] because [it] is just
receive a fair [the woman] off. [Matthew 10:41]
Jesus said about himself that there is something more than Solomon here [Matthew 12:42] Read how Solomon dealt
his mother: "Then Bathsheba went to King Solomon to speak to him for Adonijah, and the king stood up for
Meet and pay their homage. Then he sat on his throne, a throne and was given to the king
mother, who was seated to his right. "[1 Ki 2:19]
If Solomon was an earthly king, treated this way to his mother, how Jesus, the King of kings, have tried
his mother Mary, who is the mother of the King? And Jesus is greater than Solomon [Matthew 12:42].
Mary is the Queen of Heaven: "A great sign appeared in heaven, a woman dressed in
the sun, the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. "[Rev 12:1]
(This is the Scripture)
Mary is the Queen of Heaven.
We all know that Christ, the Second Adam, is the King of Heaven. But if the second Adam is the King of Heaven, then it is natural that on the eve of the Second to be the Queen of Heaven.
And this is something we see in the Bible. In Revelation 12, when we see Mary in the sky, clothed with the sun and walk on the moon, note that it bears a crown of twelve stars on her head.
How much clearer could mean that someone is one the Queen of Heaven by having to wear a crown formed by celestial stars?
There are other aspects of Mary queenship. For example, the fact that Christ is King and Mary is your mother means that Mary is the Queen Mother - the mother of the King.
1 Timothy 2:5 effectively proclaim the fact that Jesus is the only Mediator between God and man, and this is true, as it is the only God-man, and therefore the only possible mediator in this regard. However, this does not exclude the idea of other people praying for us, either in heaven or on earth. This is crystal clear, if you read the four verses immediately preceding 1 Timothy 2:5. Along with verses 5 and 6 say:
1 First, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be for all men,
2 for kings and all those in high positions, so that we may lead a quiet life, godly and respectful in every way.
3 This is good, and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior
4, which desires all men be saved and come to the knowledge of truth.
5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
6 that gave himself as a ransom for all, the testimony that was paid in a timely manner.
Probably because the verse of Holy Mary is highly among women.
Search for truth John has a good answer. And I think that the Catholics did to become all things to save the lost. But as Christians, we are not the world, but are in the world.
We see the world sometimes, as to attract the lost in the world. But not the sin of the world. Like the music may sound like a world of popular music, but words can lead to Christ.
The cult of Mary is only in the fight against Catholic people of the imagination to justify its black propaganda against Catholicism.
because she is the mother of God, that's why I believe in God, when I was about 17 she came to me and helped me a lot with what I think, because now I know the truth.
Just because you come here pretending to be a JW, close to Roman Catholics and JWS. You're not funny or clever.
<<<<<< look at your watch ….. oh I just noticed that it is not late for you to grow. Quick quick spit-spot
People who believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit should not judge other Christian people.
Because all are not perfect and I'm not Catholic but I always judge who believes in Jesus is good!
They also call her "Mother of God"
Why not?
Why do Protestants believe that the Eucharist is the body of Jesus, though he says it is?
Because she is the Queen of Heaven.
It's really easy to ask questions in R & S and get a large number of responses that now is not?
Test drive elsewhere!
Take care and God bless you
Are you on a crusade against us Catholics today?
We ask for your intercession and she is the Mother of Jesus, that's why!
I am Catholic and I've never heard anyone call Mary the "Queen"?
We pray (= talk) to Mary for the same reason, we talk to other Christians - to ask him to pray for us. We only worship God.
We ask Mary for her intercession in our prayers.
Jesus is a king, born of kings and queens.
Short answer.
In the Old Testament monarchy Queen of the Kingdom of David was the Queen Mother. Los Reyes, for reasons of state and human weakness, he had many wives, none of which could properly be called the Queen. That honor was reserved for the mother of the King, whose authority surpassed many "queens" married to the king. We believe this is the role played in relation to King Solomon and Bathsheba occasion when the Queen Mother acted as regent on behalf of young successors to the throne
and after this our exile show us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
More detailed response.
One of the titles of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the Queen of Heaven. His coronation as Queen of Heaven is the ultimate in Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary and the August 22 Catholics celebrate his feast. This title may IRK non-Catholic Christians who can point out that the title of Queen of Heaven is given to a pagan goddess (Jeremiah 7:18, 44:17, 19, 25).
Most of the books of the Old Testament were originally written in Hebrew and has four words translated as "queen" in English:
gebira (1 Kings 11:19, 15:13, 2 Kings 10:13, 2 Chronicles 15:16, Jeremiah 13:18, 29:2)
malkah (1 Kings 10:1, 2 Chronicles 9:1, Esther 1:9, 2:17 etc.)
melekheth (Jeremiah 7:18, 44:17, 19, 25)
shegal (Nehemiah 2:6, Psalm 45:9).
Another word, Sarah, is generally translated as a woman (Judges 5:29) or princess (Lamentations 1:1 RV and RV - NIV translates as queen) and only once translated as queen (Isaiah 49:23 RV, RV and NIV).
These four words to pay attention gebira, the feminine form of gebir (Genesis 27:29, 37), which means lord or master. Isaac Esau said his younger brother, Jacob, is his master (gebir). Gebira This means a woman who has the power to govern. Gebira Some Bibles translate as "queen mother" because she is the mother (or grandmother) of the king, not his wife, except in 1 Kings 11:19, where gebira refers to the wife of Pharaoh. In the kingdom of David (or Judah), gebira played and important role that had power and influence. Solomon could assume that the first of his mother, Bathsheba in her right (1 Kings 2:19). His half brother, Adonijah, Bathsheba asked to speak on his behalf to the king (1 Kings 2:13-18). While their desire and did not get what he paid with his life, the verse indicates the role of mediator gebira as the King. Maacah King Asa removed his mother because she abused her power (1 Kings 15:13). On the death of his son (Ahaziah king) Athaliah not want to lose its power and murdered all her grandchildren (2 Kings 11:1). One survived and later became King Joash (2 Kings 11:2, 12). The name of the majority of kings David mother always mentions that after the king (1 Kings 14:21, 15:2, 9, 22:42, 2 Kings 8:26, 12:2, 14:2, 15: 2, 33, 18:2, 21:1, 19; 22:1, 23:31, 36; 24:8, 18). In Jeremiah 13:18, we know that both the king and had gebira crowns, indicating his power. In the New Testament, Christ will give them the kingdom of David and that there will be no end (Luke 1:32-33). Then Mary, his mother, becomes gebira course and this is why Catholics believe that she is Queen of Heaven. Like gebira in Jeremiah 13:18 that she also has the crown in heaven. In addition, the Church understands that the woman clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet and crowned with twelve stars (Rev. 12:1) refers to Mary.
One of the Psalms Christ is applied to Messianic Psalms 45:6-7, quoted in Hebrews 1:8-9. However, also mentioned in Psalms 45:9 that the Queen sits to his right hand in gold of Ophir. While the Hebrew word for the queen in this verse is shegal to Catholics this verse also refers to the Queen Mary ship in the sky.
Returning to Jeremiah 7:18, 44:17, 19, 25, the word translated as queen in the "queen of heaven" is not gebira but melekheth and therefore is not applicable to the Virgin Mary. After all, if there are false Christs (or Messiah), and false prophets (Matthew 24:24) is not surprising that we also have the false queen of heaven. Scripture uses the word "lion" to describe Christ as the Lion of Judah (Revelation 5:5) and God (Hosea 5:14, 11:10). However, the title applies to the devil (1 Peter 5:8), the bad man (Psalm 10:9) and the evil ruler (Proverbs 28:15, Zephaniah 3:3). Even the same word of God in Hebrew (Elohim, plural of the gods) is applied to the (false) gods (Jeremiah 43:12, Daniel 1:2, Hosea 3:1, 14:3, Nahum 1:14) . In the New Testament the same title, priest (hiereus Greek) is applied to Christ (Hebrews 4:14), all believers (1 Peter 2:5,9, Revelation 1:6), and the pagan priests of Zeus (Acts 14:13).
—– Edit ——
Its always better to ask someone what it means to their religious beliefs rather than second-hand information. If you want something about Catholic beliefs and then ask someone who is Catholic. Those who are not Catholics usually have a lot of misconceptions about the Catholic faith. Always close to the source of their information about other religious beliefs. (If you want to know about Baptist beliefs ask someone who is Baptist, if you want to know about Catholic beliefs and then ask someone who is Catholic)
I hope this helps answer your question, God bless
We pray she does not ask her to pray for us.
Ave Maria
full of grace,
The Lord is with you.
In the words of the angel God announced a divine favor. God be with Mary. She would bring Jesus Christ into the world.
Mary's greeting to her cousin Elizabeth, recorded in San Lucas, is added:
Blessed are you among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.
Holy Mary, Mother of God
pray for us sinners
now and in the hour of our death.
Prayer requests to Mary, which is full of grace and about his Son, to intercede for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. With the disciple whom Jesus entrusted on Calvary, when he said: "Behold your mother," who share their mother. Mary always put Christ into our lives. From the outset he knew, she saw her life, death and resurrection, which is not helping us to know and the mysteries of his life? We trust that your care for us, because the care of the newly married couple at Cana in Galilee. We can trust her with our needs.
Mary has always been a model of faith and a companion to Christian believers. When the angel Gabriel came to her, he believed the words spoken and she maintained her belief without wavering even in the darkness of Calvary test. She also joins us, who are brothers and sisters of her Son, as a dirt road surrounded by dangers and difficulties.
Throughout the centuries, many Christians have found that people Hail Mary and the Rosary as a source of spiritual blessing. A prayer like the rosary is both simple and profound. Not beyond the reach of any person, repeated words bring peace to the soul. And the mysteries of joy, sadness and glory of remembering the life of Jesus is supposed to be repeated in our country. Through these mysteries, we hope to "imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise."
Jesus is a Jewish God and more importantly they have to keep the 10 commandments! Jesus would have to follow the commandment to "Honor thy father and thy mother." And if we as Christians follow what St. Paul says [1 Thessalonians 1:6] "And it became imitators of us and the Lord."
As imitators of Christ. . .
(according to Scripture) …
We honor his mother, too!
Mary queenship can be seen in the vision described in Revelation 12: "And a great portent appeared in heaven a woman clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars, with she shouted at children and their pains, the anguish of delivery "(Rev. 12:1-2). Who is this child born? He is described as the messianic king who exercise their domain. In verse 5 of Revelation, the author chose the messianic Psalm 2 describes how the child "rule all nations with a rod of iron" (Rev. 12:5, Ps. 2:9). This is real teen taken to heaven to sit on a throne (Rev. 12:5), and ushers in the kingdom of God to defeat the devil, "Now the kingdom of our God has come, the accuser has been below the throne" (12:10). Certainly, this newborn child is the real Messiah, King Jesus.
In this sense it is obvious that this woman who gave birth to the Messiah is Mary. Some people have interpreted this woman in Revelation 12 as merely a symbol for either the Old Testament people of Israel or the New Testament Church and therefore have concluded that women may not be a individual (ie, Mary). However, this "either-or" proposition is foreign to the biblical worldview, which symbolically represent people often collective groups. For example, Adam represented all mankind (Rom. 5:19), and Jacob was all of Israel (Psalm 44:4). Given this biblical concept called "legal personality", the woman in Revelation 12 should be understood as a person (Mary) and a symbol for the people of God.
Catholic Christian
Constantine felt that the Roman Empire is so vast, extensive and diverse - not everyone will agree to renounce their religious beliefs and instead embrace Christianity. So, Constantine allowed and even encouraged, the "Christianization" of pagan beliefs
The cult of Isis, an Egyptian mother-goddess religion, was absorbed into Christianity by replacing Isis with Mary. Many of the titles that were used for Isis, such as the "Queen of Heaven," "Mother of God," and "Theotokos" (God bearer) is attributed to Mary. Mary was an exalted role in the Christian faith, far beyond what the Bible ascribes to it in order to attract the faithful to Isis a faith that would not otherwise embrace. Many temples to Isis, in fact, converted into temples dedicated to Mary. The first clear advice of Catholic Mariology occur in the works of Origen, who lived in Alexandria, Egypt, which became the center of worship of Isis.
Because as "Christians" who form their own ideas, often ignoring what Christ taught.
Edit-there is absolutely nowhere in the Bible (or any other non-canonized gospel) that Christ taught us to pray to his mother or call her "Queen." Point in fact, it ignores reality once, saying "Who are my mother and brothers." It is composed by men.
What does it matter how you refer to no fantasy figures? At least the Roman church as a certain weight that comes from centuries of being wrong, unlike sects like the Jehovah's Witnesses are the product of the feverish imagination of a Victorian wife beater!
I have often asked this question on the Roman Catholics, noting that the Scripture tells us that there is one God and an intercessor between God and man, namely Jesus. So far I have not received a single response to this issue. While we have a great Intercessor, we have no need for anyone else. We pray to the Lord and be confident that He hears our prayers.
Pray to Mary because Jesus did not follow simple instructions, rather than continue the fight against the Holy Father - Pope!
Jesus said only pray to God the Father - No one else!
for example, Our Father which art in heaven …
Throwback to the roots of Christianity in the Egyptian mythology.
They want the world to know that the attack on all Christians, even other Christians.
It is idolatry, plain and simple.
Mysticism of idiots.
The Roman Catholic church is filled with the Holy Queens, what matters more?
