  1. Andrew Jerome James says:

No I did not try to stop it. being a priest is a great thing. It is a great reward to serve God and preach, and teach people about it. tell her to not be easy, but worth it. Make sure you study Hebrew, Latin, English and knows very well. test questions are in English, Hebrew and Latin. and some of the evidence should speak in that language. unsuccessful, please read this. -Ecclesiastical History is the science and the methodical description of the time history of the Church regarded as an institution founded by Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit for the salvation of mankind.
In general the subject of the story is everything that undergoes change due to its existence in time and space, in particular, however, is the genetic or the natural development of the facts, events, situations, which involves the history. The main theme of the story is the man, and external changes that affect their lives around their intellectual interests. Objectively speaking, the story is the genetic development of the human mind and human life itself in its various aspects, as it is before us in the series of events, if they belong to individuals, or for the entire race human, or any of its various groups. Viewed subjectively, apperception is the history and description of this evolution, and in the scientific sense, understanding it in a methodical and systematic manner. The history of mankind can have as many divisions as life has aspects or parts. Its most noble is the history of religion, as developed in the past between different groups of the human race. Reason is that there can be only one true religion, based on real knowledge and the correct worship of one God. Thanks to the light of the revelation we know that this one true religion is Christianity, and since there are different forms of the Christian religion, that true religion is particularly known as a Catholic, concrete and visible in the Catholic Church . The history of Christianity, therefore, or rather the history of the Catholic Church, is the most important and enlightening part of the history of religion. Moreover, the history of religion is necessarily a history of religious associations, as the specifically human, ie, moral and religious life, therefore, is necessarily a social character. All religions, therefore, has, of course, in some form of social organization, Christianity, the more so because it is the highest and most perfect religion. There are three stages in the formation of religious associations:

No, not try to stop it. Being a priest is a very noble thing.
More than that - a genuine desire to be a priest is a vocation from God. I would not want to enter the path of God's will, especially when it comes to something as noble as the choice of God to man to become a priest.

  3. Mom of three A.R.T. says:

I encourage you. A call from God is a great thing. A child of my son going to school is considering becoming a priest. He asked me what I thought and I told him that God was ultimately the decision of its choice but to listen to God. His mom is a bit wack and he calls me "mom" - her dad says the decision is up to him.

  4. sparki77 says:

I pray for him and encourage him to seek God's will in their lives.
Not for me to stop. If he is not truly called to the priesthood, the Holy Spirit stopped. * * If called to the priesthood, you need my support and encouragement and prayers.

  5. Believer, wife & mother says:

The Priesthood is the greatest gift God gives to a man. They are the only ones who can make the transubstantiation which Jesus for us in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar. If a man has a vocation and really wanted this to your life that will never try to stop it. However, it is difficult to follow a vocation through life itself, with all the temptations that befall them. But there's more holy men and priests who remain faithful to the faith, with the help of God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and our Blessed Mother, after all, become one of the boys of Mary. Not even the angels in heaven can not do what they do, bring Jesus to us in Holy Communion. What a gift. I would say go for it, if in his heart. God bless.
