Well, you are misinformed. The Roman Catholic Church is a branch of the Christian religion, not a religion in itself.
You are a name as Lutherans, Greek Orthodox and the Super-undenominational Protestant churches. They are all Christian churches, including Roman Catholic Christians.

The most interesting of misinformation on Yahoo! Answers in the last couple of days is that "the Vicar of Christ" means "anti-Christ" in Greek.
Some people need more classes in Greek.

Apart from people saying that the worship of statues and the usual cavalcade of nonsense? I happened to a coworker once who insisted that Catholics worship the Pope, and heard a preacher on the radio that the Vatican maintains a register of all Protestants in the earth some day and call records for the purposes of forced conversion.

none that I can think of. Luther also believed in the real pressence of Jesus in the Eucharist (communion). that once saved always saved is not even biblical.

I was raised Catholic in Peru … I made my first communion, marriage, confirmation, and what does not. I lived in the U.S. since I was 18 years. Now I am a charismatic Christian. So that made me remember my life was not inspired by God, why? He had a plan for me to see the truth:
1) Catholic services are always the same. A sign of worship.
2) There is an emphasis on reading the Bible in the church after the church, not Sunday school.
3) The priests and nuns can not marry. This law is not mentioned in the Bible.
4) Opus Dei sect.
5) Pray to the saints and virgins, who all died poor, never resurected. What was achieved through the intervention of God Devine.
6) Allow to politicians such as Senator John Kerry, that his marriage "annulled" after 17 of marriage, the former archbishop of Boston, Bernard Law, who was accused of child sexual abuse is wrong.
7) The confession of the system is wrong. I knew that many people living in sin all week, including myself, and I went to confession, prayed a Hail Mary and a few sentences of Lords to put a plaster on the booboo, a repeat of the events next week .
the short, no real attention to the scholarship.
Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life no one goes to heaven without truth in it, period. Catholics do not get anything done and pray to the Holy Virgin. Mary, the mother of Jesus did not perform a miracle, God did. Really? Jesus performed miracles throughout his life, nobody else did.

The "best" of the "misinformation" that I have heard or read is that Catholics are not "Christians." Of course, if you're Catholic, you know that was the first Catholic church 'that followed the teachings of Jesus Christ, and we are all Christians. What I is that some of the people who give this "misinformation" as Catholics are done!
Did you know that more than a "Catholic" church? There is the Roman Catholic Church, Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, and Episcopal … ALL have the "apostolic procession 'in its ordination of priests, and all the' Catholic 'and not' Protestant 'churches. Some Protestant churches also have 'apostolic procession, but have some "other beliefs" that Catholic churches do not have hte. And did you know that while the Pope was' excommunicate 'Martin Luther, who never stopped being a "Catholic" and went to Mass daily, and wrote most of their best Catholic dogma "that after excommunication. Excommunication does not mean they are "kicked out" of church membership. Actually means that you are supposed to go to Mass at least once a day, every day, but you can not take the Eucharist (Holy Communion) … which explains the ex-communication ".
"Confession" is very different as to whether Catholic or Protestant. In the Catholic church, you can make a "general confession" with the congregation during the Mass, or may have a "private" confession with a priest giving him "penance" to do, like saying the rosary or a "cycle" of Rosario several times, or saying other prayers. Catholics believe that a "priest" is necessary for the forgiveness of God formally, but not always go to a "private confession" and (since 1965, when he was "disappointed" by the bishops in the Council). Protestants believe that "confession" in the sentence must be "directly to God," although this is also something that is rarely done in practice. Some believe that the Protestant churches to "confess" to a sin and be forgiven, one must "speak out during the church service and be forgiven by the congregation" for "God's forgiveness."
I live in a city where we have people of all faiths who are members of our church catholic cathedral. There is a 'line' in the 'form adherence to religion, and I've seen people Muslim, down, or Baptist, and even some agnostics and atheists who make … and are some of the 'best' to go to Mass regularly. He can "take the Eucharist, but they can do everything else (except a special minister, one must be able to take communion in order to" give "on the wafer just outside the church or wine or wafer in the church with a priest to do this "ritual" in advance.

Catholics are not Christians. Just because the word is not in the Catholic Bible.
The following are some things that are not mentioned in the Bible, yet many Christians believe.
1.The word "Trinity", three persons in one God, equal to each other. The word "Trinity" is not in the Bible. The term was invented by the Catholic Church to try to explain a little mystery of the existence of three persons in one God, as revealed by God in the Bible. Athanasia Creed, dating from the late 4th century, was written during the time of St. Athanasius (297 - 373), bishop of Alexandria, but probably not by him. States that "The Catholic faith is this, that a worship God in Trinity and Trinity in Unity. The Council of Nicea (AD 325) says that Jesus is of one substance with God the Father. He explained the absolute unity of God and Jesus. The Council of Constantinople (AD 381) says the same about the Holy Spirit as Nicea says about Jesus. San Augustine (345 - 430) wrote Trinatate (on Trinidad).

4.A list of inspired books that make up the canon of Scripture, ie, a list of books to be included in "The Bible"
5.The Saturday is Saturday. Exodus 20:8 says, "Remember the Sabbath day to sanctify it." It is not written in the New Testament that the Apostles had the authority to change the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday.
6.The word "incarnation", ie the Son of God took flesh in
7.That the Bible alone to be used as the only rule of faith
8.By faith alone saved
