That is exactly how it works. Each denomination has its own canon. At a minimum, a fundamentalist Protestant should be able to justify his opinion by explaining that each of its entire canon came to feel for what their charge is valid and the other is not.

No it is not fair. However, they reject the Bible books that have been part of Holy Scripture for thousands of years.

there is this curious announcement by a cast this once said something like,
"If the original Hebrew disagrees with my KJV of the Bible that his Hebrew is wrong, if your Hebrew under my RV then your Hebrew is right."
there is a collection of stupid ads like this I forgot the website.

Well, not me. The only important figure in the doctrine exclusively deuterocanon - to my knowledge - is the doctrine of prayer for the dead (as practiced by Jews, not Christians). Taking into account that, by comparison, Paul speaks of the effectiveness of substitution, baptism for the dead, prayer for the dead does not seem to be an issue worth more subtleties. Substitute baptism for the dead seems a much more extreme practice, however, is approved in the New Testament. So why whine about prayer for the dead?
SO, unless the item is specifically dedicated to prayer for the dead, this is not a problem.
