First, be clear, this is a choice that every man does what they're looking for the priesthood. Nobody is depriving them. Being married has nothing to do with "solving problems and appealed to the natural taste." That is the reason for the poor to marry, and that man is an ideal candidate for the marriage failure. Why do I say that? He has no control over himself. He is showing emotional immaturity. Priests, along with any man contemplating marriage seriously, it must mature in this area to succeed. St. Paul speaks of life celebate in 1 Cor 7:32, 34. It is also a logical development of the teaching of Christ on the continent (Mt 19:10-12). You must also realize that celebacy is only one discipline in the Latin Rite. In the Byzantine rites, a man is allowed to marry before entering the priesthood. And today, a deacon, even in the Latin Rite is to be married before entering the ministry.

No. There are more cases of abuse of married persons to unmarried persons. Made. Jesus was celibate. St. Paul was celibate. Many many of the early church leaders chose this lifestyle. St. Paul in 1 Corinthians says that it is convenient if you are able to remain celibate.

This is one of the differences between the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Communion. We allow our priests to marry. There are a lot of Catholic priests who are married, and has not been a problem. I think that whether or not a priest, as the scriptures teach, it is better for them to remain single, but if not, then they are married.

I think it's a good thing. It is very difficult being a priest or pastor. It is demanding, and if married, it would be like having two families. Fortunately, the choice of being a priest is left to the individual, and if someone thinks that celibacy can not handle, can be married if you want. The Bible supports priestly celibacy, too. 1 Corinthians 7 makes this quite clear. Verses 1 and 2 say, "Now concerning the matters about which he wrote:" It is good for a man not to have sex with a woman. "However, since there is sexual immorality, each man must have sex with his own wife and each woman her own husband." 8-9 verses say: "Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It's good for them to stay unmarried, as I do. But if you can not control themselves, they should marry, because marriage is better to burn with passion. " As for emotional issues, I think that will just quote a Catholic priest who says that all means is that priestly celibacy is lost in a single relationship with other people. The vocation of the priesthood / religious life is very fulfilling when someone believes it is his true vocation in life. As someone who is discerning religious life, trust me, celibacy is the last thing that worries me. There is much more to consider. Sorry, this was so long daggone!

It does not say that anywhere in the Bible. Jesus said (paraphrased) if a man can handle alone, it was good. If burned with lust, the better for him to marry
