It is only confess my sins to God is not good enough? (Please reply only Catholics)?
Well, I am a Catholic of 14 years, and I have accpeted Christ as my Lord and Savior and I believe he died on the cross, rose on the third day and ascended to Heaven. I believe that everything in the Catholic Bible. I admit, I am not perfect, and it is NO ONE on this earth is perfect. I confess venial sins committed several daily. Some are more serious than others. I am also a victim of some of the seven deadly sins (I hope you know what you are). Every night before bed I pray to God to forgive me of my sins and I repent with all my heart. But I HAVN'T ido a priest for confession. Do I have to talk to a priest for my sins to be pardoned altogether? I walk with Jesus all my life, and live a life with him after this life. Once I find him to be the happiest day of my life, but I want to make sure to enforce it.
PS Are you going to purgatory, if you have committed venial sins which HAVN'T been reconciled? I just want to learn more about my religion. Thank you!
