Why do some praying to Mary?

The Bible clearly says: "For there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus."
I have also heard that Catholics believe Mary to be sinless when the Bible also says, "Romans 3:23: For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God"
Mary says she is in need of a Savior in Luke 1:47 "And my spirit rejoiced in God my Savior." If she was sinless, why does she need a savior? Just some food for thought.
Do not misunderstand me, Holy Mary. How blessed we get to carry the Lord Jesus in her womb. God and was pure (virgin) is the reason that God chose her.
  Christians, what do you think?

You assume that when it comes to "saints" who is talking about the Catholic Church sanctioned holy, not the real saints that the Bible speaks. Santos at the time that nobody believers in Christ, not those who had already died. The Catholic Church has twisted views on almost every verse in the Bible. The Bible is clear in trying to contact the dead. Mary died in Christ, and you can not read more than you can pray to Ben Franklin. You may think you heard it all you want, but she did not. There is one mediator between God and man and that is Jesus Christ. She is not the mediator. Sorry, but the potatoes were wrong. Men are just wrong, not the Holy Fathers. There is only one Holy Father and not make mistakes. He is not Allah - which is a false God. Catholics need to spend more time reading the word and not the practice of their traditions vain.

I do not believe that Mary was the God of his own will - which is why we also need God's sanctifying grace. If you remember, the lips of Isaiah had to be cleaned, Moses could not pass in the Holy Land with their shoes. Mary had to be a holy God to receive the child in her womb, so that God preserved her from sin by His saving grace.
As far as going to a mediator, that is true, but there are many examples of the saints such as Paul asked for intercession. All we ask others to pray for us, and we're taking the passage out of context.

    1) Jesus saved Mary before He was crucified, He is God and that it planned to begin.
      2) to ask him to pray for us

Not me. Only Jesus can forgive sin.

Carrie, that sounds like a woman of faith, one who knows his Bible.
If we were friends, and I said to you, "Carrie, would you please pray for my uncle? It is very sick. " Can not you do it?
It is in this sense that Christians Catholics pray to Mary. We believe it is in heaven, and as the mother of Jesus, do not hesitate to bring our prayer requests to her Son. Do not worship as they worship God.
Catholic Christians also believe that for a special gift of God, Mary was not born with the stain of original sin, but without sin from the moment of conception. When the angel Gabriel came to her saying that she would be the mother of the Savior, said, "Hail! Full of grace! "A heavenly messenger did not lie. He greeted Mary as "full of grace" because she was "full of grace" from the moment of conception, and is a divine gift given by his son, even before he became incarnate in her womb. For God, time is not limited the way in which human beings experience.
In the beautiful prayer, Mary said she was not in need of a Savior, but is glad that "God my Savior, that He is and was. He escaped the stain of original sin, which enabled him to conceive Jesus, the Savior of the world, where Mary lived and from which part.
Moreover, even a pure virgin can be sinful in other areas of your life, and as such would not be able to carry the same God in her womb. Mary was free from sin - not only a pure virgin, without sin.

Why people should not honor the feminine aspect of creation / God?
I am not a Christian or Catholic, but I think in honor of Mother Mary is the best thing that the Catholic religion is not …

    I do not remember.

  8. EXPRESS_ says:

Why against mary? she is the mother of God .. pray for us .. and if you want to pray to Mary. will have an open mind about Jesus and his blessed mother … she is the mother of God .. She was the mother church of the first .. St. Paul calls us to pray to the saints .. in a letter .. to the intercession of Timothy .. Jesus said that God is for people who are not living dead

  9. He Is The Alpha And The Omega says:

Anyone who prays to Mary, then, or any other god / Jesus is very wrong. My mother who is a stout has the same illicit Catholic beliefs. The Bible says it was pure sense it was a virgin, and as such was chosen to receive the Lord. This is supported as it means that when the angel had to explain to Joseph that he was going to marry her yet, despite her pregnancy because it was a miracle of God that she was pregnant and she remains pure (a virgin).

Firstly I think a true Christian does not judge anyone elses belifes. Secondly some people have dffrent pray some religions to pray to Mary Budda. not all believe in the Bible. It's just a personal capacity and belife hey if you feel better and gives them some of their spirituality and to help or comfort that we, as Christians say its wrong?

  11. imacircl says:

are very wrong. If Mary was very blessed to give birth to Jesus. She was only human, and now she is dead and resurrect the dead like when Jesus comes again. you are right, Jesus said that he is the only intercessor. We can pray together with others for God's help, and that's fine, but praying to another human being on the road dead and cannot help u, is a sin. Mary will be judged like all of us. She was chosen only to give birth to Jesus and Jesus loved, of course, but she is not divine, not in heaven and we pray for you, she is dead.

  12. Justsyd says:

If you read the Bible, call it the state of the saints.
      Ephesians 6:18>>
With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and we are on the alert with all perseverance and requests for all saints.http: / / http://www.bible-infonet.org/ff/q_a/ 112_ …

  13. Ninja Turtle Regress 2 BB Jesus says:

Who you hear it from? Your pastor?
If you've never been a Catholic church, I suggest you go to one and see for yourself first before making such an assumption.

What gives you the idea of Jesus is not dead?

  14. JoeBama says:

Apparently they have not read 1 Timothy 2:5, or if they have, I do not think.

    >> The Bible clearly says: "For there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus." <<
Yes, but that does not mean we can not pray for others and ask others to pray for us. "Pray for one another" - John 5:16
      >> I have also heard that Catholics believe Mary to be sinless when the Bible also says, "Romans 3:23: For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" <<
Do you believe Jesus sinned? You think babies have sinned? Do you think the mentally disabled have deeply sinned? What to do, literally, that you take?
      >> Mary says she is in need of a Savior in Luke 1:47 "And my spirit rejoiced in God my Savior." If she was sinless, why does she need a savior? Just some food for thought. <<
He was without sin because God saved them from being stained with original sin and fall into personal sin.
      >> Mary is dead, how can you pray for? <<
Similarly, Moses and Elijah could appear to Peter, James and John (Mark 9:2-4) - the dead are not really dead, but alive and conscious.

  16. blondbos says:

if not for Mary, i do not be religious, because what you say seems chauvenist.i male'm tired of hearing that a woman is the mother of Jesus is just a blessed anyone, and is all about men, without their Jesus would not be primary.

  17. Bob L says:

    I agree with you.
Mary theology is huge, however, the Roman Catholic Church.
Pope JP II, which declared Mary Co-Redemptrix.
It is an unfortunate Biblical heresy.
