Why do we need Catholic priests, Rabi, pundath and therefore for us to dictate religion?

The hierarchy of ordained ministers of the Catholic Church mirrors how Jesus and the Apostles established the original Christian Church.
  There are three levels of Holy Orders, deacon, priest and bishop.
  The bishops are apostles today. Each one leads a diocese. Special types of bishop are archbishop, cardinal and pope (who leads the whole Church).
  Priests are collaborators of the bishops and can lead a parish. A special title for a priest is Mgr. Priests are called presbyters in the Bible.
  Deacons assist the bishop and priests in the celebration of the Eucharist, in the distribution of Holy Communion, in assisting and blessing marriages, in the proclamation of the Gospel and preaching, in presiding over funerals, and engage in the various ministries of charity.
  With love in Christ.

    * Catholic
      Catholic priests exist primarily to offer the Sacrifice of the Altar. Second, there are people in the church to begin to give them the sacraments that promote life, to restore to them the sacraments and the Church of God when sin and, finally, to prepare individuals for the death and sentence. The third function of the Catholic priest is to participate in the mission of the bishop, which is to preserve and transmit information on the Catholic faith to future generations.
