  1. imacatho says:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. (These are the words that the angel Gabriel said to Mary, a Bible quote.)
Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. (This is Mary's cousin Elizabeth's greeting, another biblical quotation.)
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. (The request to pray for us.)
Scripture is inspired by God, not the Catholic Church, which asserts positively that God thinks so much of Mary.
The person described by God in this way is a little different from the rest of us.
Catholics that this difference is because it was conceived without the stain of original sin (Immaculate Conception) and committed no personal sin.
Mary is not, of course, God. But like any other saint in heaven or on earth (the communion of saints), you can also pray to God for us.
      With love in Christ.

I do not believe that Mary was a sinner for us rotten.

  3. Tim says:

Jesus was born of a rotten body? I think your boss is now rotting. This simple explanation, and we hope you can understand.

  4. Mobidus Lee says:

Things stright, not in the trinity. The trinity is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. In addition, Mary was a sinner.

  5. arsenalf says:

In the Council of Ephesus, the doctrine that Christ had two natures in the church below. In order to emphasize that Jesus was truly divine at birth, theologians began to call Mary the Mother of God. Please note that this was not done to exalt Mary, but to emphasize the divinity of her son.
431 in the town declared that Christ had a perfect drive on your personality and was notof two sides together.
Since that time the declaration of "Mary, Mother of God" is commonly used. Mary was not to exalt, but rather to exalt Jesus, his son, as God. The statement however was soon withdrawn from the controversy which called it forth. The divinity of Christ became general. then the emphasis in the statement was changed and Mary began to be exalted as if she were the source of the divine nature of Christ.

I really do not want to answer this "cousin I am sure I will be bash but so far the responses have been inadequate.
Mary is venerated by Catholics, because the concept of the Immaculate Conception. Many Christians believe that the Immaculate Conception refers to Jesus, but, in fact, the Immaculate Conception is the conception of Mary as the only person who was born without original sin. Everyone except your born with original sin because of what happened in the garden of Eden. She was born without sin and that his destiny was to be the vessel in which God becomes human in order to allow once again the man to achieve redemption. And as the Mother of the Son of God, Catholics believe that she may intercede with Jesus when we ask your help in our prayers ( "cousin what child can say" no "to his mother).
As to say that it is in the same level of Jesus, she is not. Jesus is part of the Trinity (God as Father, Son and Spirit). She is very high in the Pantheon of heaven but not God.

  7. Yodark says:

Mary is not part of the trinity. It is the trinity: God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit of gold. Mary is celebrated in this relationship, because God chose her to be the mother of Jesus. He also became pregnant by immaculate conception. Yes, she needed his salvation, and received.

  8. Trickpat says:

While I do not believe that Mary is in the Trinity, I know that is highly revered in the Catholic church. And she was not only Jesus was without sin ….. Do not forget, Mary needed to make a bid for the purification of the sin of impurity. Luke 2:22-24, Leviticus 12:1-8.

  9. Mag Daddy Mac says:

So poor old Mary is the goal of this week. How would you like it if someone talks about his mother as he did in his question.

  10. thomasro says:

Uh, trinity means three. She is not in the trinity would not be a trinity, which is it?

  11. erin7 says:

cree not because they really can talk to God or Jesus, I believe we should ask Jesus to ask forgivness that is not true. Jesus is there to talk to him between one or jus

  12. mercedes says:

I'm not Catholic and I think very well of Mary. God chooses because she was pure, she was not a rotten person. He was very devoted to God. Of course we all need salvation, but his honor, especially because the woman gave birth to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a humble woman, a good woman, a mother to many of us need a day. She was a young teenager living in a world very difficult. He was probably scared to death of what was happening with her, but to protect his master.

Do not you know that I'm not religious.

  14. miss_gem says:

I do not buy into the Catholic ideal that we are all "rotten sinners." Only the Catholics how to keep people in mental bondage rather than uplifting and empowering them.

  15. WiserAng says:

You are wrong about the Catholic beliefs. Catholics believe Mary is not part of the Holy Trinity.
Mary - the Immaculate Ark of the New Partnership
Exodus 25:11-21 - the ark of the Old Covenant was made of pure gold of God's Word. Mary is the Ark of the New Partnership and is the most pure vessel of God's Word made flesh.
2 Sam. 6:7 - the ship is so holy and pure that touched him Uzzah when the Lord killed him. This shows us that the ship is undefiled. Mary, the Ark of the New Covenant is even more immaculate and undefiled, free from original sin from God to enable him to carry His eternal Word in her womb.
1 Chron. 13:9-10 - this is another account Uzzah and the Ark of God to dwell within the ship Mary, Mary had to be conceived without sin. For Protestants to argue otherwise would be to say that God let the finger of Satan touches his Son made flesh. This is incomprehensible.
1 Chron. 15 and 16 - these verses show the great reverence of the Jews had the ship - veneration, costumes, songs, harp, lira, cymbals, trumpets.
Luke 1:39 / 2 Sam. 6:2 - Lucas conspicuous in the comparison between Mary and the Ark of Samuel described highlights the reality of Mary as the immaculate and undefiled Ark of the New Partnership. In these verses, Mary (the Ark) and left / David arose and went to the Ark. There is a clear parallel between the Ark of the Old and the New Ark of the Covenant.
Luke 1:41 / 2 Sam. 6:16 - John the Baptist / King David before jumping for joy Mary / Ark then must jump for joy before Mary, the Immaculate Ark of the Word made flesh.
Luke 1:43 / 2 Sam. 6:9 - How can the mother and the Ark of the Lord come to me? It is a sacred privilege. Our Mother would come to us and leads us to Jesus.
Luke 1:56 / 2 Sam. 6:11 and 1 Chron. 13:14 - Maria / the ship was in the house for about three months.
Rev 11:19 - at this moment in history, the Ark of the Old Covenant was not seen for six centuries (see 2 macc. 2:7), and now is finally seen in heaven. The Jewish people would have been absolutely amazed by this. However, John immediately passes this fact and describes the "woman" clothed with the sun in Rev. 12:1. John is emphasizing that Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant and that, like the old chest, is now worthy of veneration and praise. Also remember that Rev. 11:19 and Rev. 12:1 are tied because there is no chapter and verse at the time these texts were written.
Rev 12:1 - the "woman" that John is describing is Mary, the Ark of the New Partnership, with the moon under her feet and her head a crown of twelve stars. Just as the moon reflects light from the sun, so Mary, with the moon under her feet, reflects the glory of the Sun of Justice, Jesus Christ.
Rev. 12:17 - this verse tells us that Mary is the offspring of those who keep God's commandments and bear witness to Jesus. This shows, as Catholics have always believed that Mary is the Mother of all Christians.
Rev. 12:2 - Some Protestants argue that because women had pains, was a woman of sin. However, Revelation is apocalyptic literature unique to the 1st century. Symbolism containing varied and multiple meanings of women (Mary, the Church and Israel). Birth pangs describe the birth of Mary and the Church was formed in the offspring of Christ. Mary did not birth pangs in the delivery of his only Son Jesus.
Isaiah 66:7 - for example, see Isaiah prophesies that before she (Mary) was in labor she gave birth before her pain came to her she gave birth to a son (Jesus). This is a prophecy of the virgin birth to Mary of Jesus Christ.
Gal 4:19 - Paul also described their pain as the birth pangs in the formation of the disciples of Christ. Birth pangs describe the formation in Christ.
Rom. 8:22 - well, Paul says the whole creation has been groaning in labor before the coming of Christ. We are all under pain of childbirth because we are reborn in Christ.
Jer. 13:21 - Jeremiah describes the birth pangs of Israel, as a woman at work. Birth pangs are often used metaphorically in Scripture.
Os. 13:12-13 - Ephraim travailing also described as the birth of their sins. Once again, the pains of childbirth are used metaphorically.
Micah 4:9-10 - Micah also describes Jerusalem as seized by the pains of childbirth as a woman at work.
Rev. 12:13-16 - in these verses, we see that even the devil seeks to destroy the woman, even after the Savior has been born. This shows Mary is a danger to the devil, even after the birth of Christ. This is because God has given him the power to intercede for us, and we must rely on your help in our spiritual life.

    Dear Jordan 1
You are right on! Not to Catholics or anything, but have many doctrines that are contrary to the Bible! I know that Catholics pray to Joseph, Mary, and a lot of people called saints and the Lord never wanted to pray for the sinful people. Only true believers to pray to the Lord God (Father, Jesus). Catholics also believe that they can be forgiven their sins by confession to a priest! That is pure nonsense, because the priests are sinners! Only God, the Lord Jesus Christ can forgive sins! I think the reason that your child is much sexual abuse within the Catholic Church is because they do not follow 1 Timothy 3:1-5. The Bible tells us that a pastor or elder is to be the husband of a woman - which means a man who is going to be the leader of a congregation is about to marry and bear children.
