Yes The Catholic Church allows marriage between Catholics and non Catholics. Because the Church recognizes the tremendous challenge that the interfaith couple will face, which may have to obtain permission from the bishop. Yes, witnessed the marriage of bishops, priests or deacons are equally valid. For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 1633-1637: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt2s ... With love in Christ.

<<Can To be married in the Catholic church if your spouse is not catholic?>> It's possible. <<Why wont marry a Catholic priest with a mix of religion couple?>> The fact the pair represent two of the Church in itself is not grounds for denying a wedding. Perhaps he was too "deparity worship." That is, the two doctrines of the Church are mutually incompatible, is not that marriage is not valid. <<If married by a deacon is the marriage is still recognized by the Romans church?>> It is not chairing the ceremony that counts. It is the bride and groom administer the sacrament to each other. The priest or deacon are there to ensure that the sacrament is administered properly so that there is no cause for annulment in the future.

The requirement for marriage in the Catholic Church is that a person must be a practicing Catholic who has received the sacrament of Confirmation. My father is a deacon in the Catholic Church, while I know he can perform the sacrament of baptism, I am not sure about holy matrimony. This is an article about deacons: (http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/04647c.h ... It is said that deacons perform baptisms and primarily assist the priest at Mass. It says nothing about marriage . This article on marriage (http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/09699a.h states ... "The law enacting the marriage of Catholics of Latin rite is lawful and valid only if contracted in the presence of the ordinary or the parish priest or a priest delegated by either, and at least two witnesses. "Therefore, only a priest has the authority to perform the sacrament of marriage. God bless

Yes, you can marry in the Church, even if your spouse is not intended Católica. I do not know of any priests who refuse to marry couples mixed religion, although they may exist. Yes, if a Catholic deacon witnessing your marriage is valid in the Church. ICIBANA, If your sister was not allowed to marry in the church then there are issues other than religion that have prevented ... if she is not active, the priest can refuse, but she or her husband had married without getting a annullment after the divorce, the priest should reject it, if the couple were unwilling to undergo instruction on marriage by the pastor. .. but no priest can lawfully refuse to marry a couple without mixing canonical reason.

The Catholic church, in fact, a married couple with a mixture of religion (Catholic or even a / youth without religion if both are baptized). The non-Catholic does not have to be Catholic. Anyone wishing to receive the sacrament of marriage are required to attend pre-cana instruction. While the investigation is not intended to convert non-Catholics.

Find out what it is and deal with it. If there is nothing special, they complain to the bishop.

I was married in the Catholic church. I am Catholic and my husband is not. Yes, marriage is recognized by the church. My husband does not have to convert. We went through pre-cana classes and if I remember correctly, we were asked to raise the children we have as Catholics.

You can, but must obtain a waiver of the local bishop. mixed marriages are looked down to the Catholic faith because they mostly do not work properly due to conflicts in religious beliefs.
