It is not really our job to explain why God does things. This is just what has been revealed to us.
When the angel Gabriel called Mary, "full of grace", as Maria Full of Grace.
When the angel Gabriel said: "The Lord is with you," the Lord was with her.
Mary was in a state of grace before she says "yes" to the angel of the issue and before the Holy Spirit came to her for a different purpose.
When Mary became a state of grace to begin?
Catholics that this state of grace was with Mary from her Immaculate Conception. This means that Mary was conceived in the normal way (not Jesus), but do not inherit original sin.
With God's grace and without the effects of original sin, we believe that Mary committed no sin at any time during their life.
God has prepared for his later role as the mother of Jesus.
Catholics celebrate this miracle on December 8 as the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The issue of immunity from this original sin is the person of Mary at the time of the creation of its soul and its infusion into her body.
The term conception does not mean the active or generative conception by her parents. His body was formed in the womb of the mother and father had the habit of sharing their skills.
The issue concerns not the immaculateness of the generative activity of her parents.
Also refer to the passive conception absolutely and simply, that, according to the order of nature, precedes the infusion of the rational soul.
The person is truly conceived when the soul is created and infused into the body.
Mary was preserved exempt from all stain of original sin in the first moment of her animation, and sanctifying grace was given before sin could have taken effect in her soul.
The formal active essence of original sin was not removed from his soul, as it is extracted from others by baptism, which was not, never was in his soul.
Immunity from original sin was given to Mary by a singular exemption from a universal law through the same merits of Christ, where other men are cleansed from sin by baptism.
Mary needed redemption of Salvador for this exemption and will be delivered from the universal need for debt and be subject to original sin.
The person of Mary, as a consequence of its origin from Adam, should have been subject to sin, but being the new Eve was to become the new Adam's mother, was, by the eternal counsel of God and the merits of Christ, withdrawn from the general law of original sin.

Mary was born without sin. This made it a clean vessel for the conception of our Savior.
The crucifixion was the act of redemption for all sins committed deliberately by humans since the first Adam's disobedience.
Immaculate Conception of Mary was relevant only to Mary and her Son. The crucifixion was for us all.

You are ignoring the fact that God is eternal and not bound by time or a linear sequence of events.
Mary was saved from original sin of its conception, through Christ. That existed when the world was created, remember (John 1), although they still do not have a physical form. Their role is certainly not superfluous in his salvation.
God could have cleaned up all humanity in the same way? I suppose so. But chose not to, for any reason.

Christ is not "required" a perfect mother to be perfect. Frankly, he is perfect and could have chosen to be born of a prostitute. But that would not have been appropriate. The perfection of Christ deserves a sophisticated vessel.
We know from the Old Testament that the word was kept in a very special and very beautiful Ark The Word (Jesus) also deserves a special and clean vessel. That ship is Mary, the Ark of the New Alliance.

I know it is very obvious, but Jesus was not God before He became man? and as God was and is eternal.
Who is God, therefore, applied outside of time-saving merits of his passion and death for the soul of Mary at the moment of conception, so she was kept in original sin.
The question then becomes, God could have done something that is beyond our comprehension? and with this I can only say that yes, he is God.
Mary had not been needed for his own mother has been perfect, but we can assume that was a pious and humble, like the Immaculate Conception is a supernatural state.

God could cleanse all mankind without the incarnation? If we assume that God is omnipotent then I guess. God could have created the world in a six? Jesus could have fed the crowd with a fish? Could Jesus have raised Lazarus after a month? To see where I go now?
God / Jesus Maria saved from sin, before the birth of Jesus is not a contridiction God / Jesus is not confined to human understanding of time.

Hi,
God gave us his new deal gave his word as expressed by the prophets in the Old Testament .. Jesus was the word of God made flesh .. The first benefits of the Messiah speaks as the Savior, and the book gods of death and people are re-born Kingdom of Heaven. Remember that God gave man a chance to be free from the sin of Adam & Eve and could not do this, suppose that God erases the sins of each one there before the birth as he did with Mary, then we are born .. .. It's safe to say we're going to Sin, theres no doubt that, in the Old testememt right .. when he died he went to the place of the dead .. and that he had expected, and the stain of sin, the sky is a pure evil no good, not the devil, no sin, you can not enter heaven with the stain of sin on you .. it would have to wait for the Messiah .. The same is true for us now, so if God did not give us the sacrifice of His Word (Jesus) could not have salvation and have to lay in wait for the gods forgivness of sin. God wan't to be with him and have eternal life .. That is the main purpose of Jesus … Mary did not take into account is a God is not God, just like it .. But it had to be pure in all ways of delivering the Word of God (Jesus) as I said before, the sound is pure heaven .. no .. God is the evil ruler of the sky is pure good, not bad they do not stain of sin or evil can exist in the presence of God, so that Mary was preserved from sin to God and Jesus and to Send us a Sencond opportunity .. Not only for the gift of the Crucifixion (sacrifice), but he gave us instructions on how to take advantage of this gift …..
That was the purpose …. The new Covanent with God ..

Yes, God could have cleared all of humanity without the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, but He did not like that. He wanted to be a man as one of us and show us how to live the perfect life.
