This means that should be honored as a blessing from God, and good things,
spiritually, financially, etc are addressed to you in this case. Life is about
helping people, including yourself.I do not know your age, but over time will have to find purpose. You will need Milagros, (there) and they want peace.

This means that some priests said a prayer and made a symbol of sin in their minds that something like a "good luck charm or an amulet. I do not want to speak ill of these well-intentioned souls, but that is the biblical truth about things like that.
I am sure his mother is understood as a symbol of their love and care for you.

This means that his mom, his sincere belief in the intrinsic value of an icon, something gave her heart and love. Although the icon has no real power of blessing and part of the idolatry that God forbid the Jews to participate in as opposed to the Second Law or order, not to encumber the image, the Catholic Church does ignore this command and uses the images to bring money to the CR. Of course, most of Prostestant relgions also ignore this command with crosses and crucifixes, which are sold in most Christian stores and shops. Either blessed or not blessed by priests or even the Pope, one must realize, the topics that are very highly recommended are not revered in the Bible. sincerely

This means that the priest says a prayer over her. Many people believe that something is sacred, especially if you've been blessed. It is a simple matter of faith and belief. Surely it means something to her mom and was a special gift from her to you. Take good care of it for that reason if for no other.

The fact that the cross was blessed means just that: an ordained Catholic priest said a special blessing from it.
To her mother, she gives you is the cross as she gives you a blessing. She has something that is very important and special, and she loves you and hopes.
Depending on your belief system, this can mean many different things for you … and I will not try to guess, since it ultimately depends on you.

The blessing by the priest is to help one feel physically protected by the gods' love. That does not really need it, because He protect you, but it feels good just to keep something that has been blessed.
