Strictly speaking, I should not answer this question, because I am not a Christian, but I think the issue is so good that I feel compelled to respond anyway. I have studied many religions, and I know that Catholicism and Catholics. It is the oldest form of Christianity, and therefore, in my opinion, the purest. Despite the well-known problems, the Catholic Church is unmatched in its good works. Anyone who bash the Catholic Church, especially if the person claiming to be a Christian, is nothing but a fanatic.

René O: Ask yourself, when you constantly get as many thumbs down as you do on this subject, do you think it is possible that the garbage you post here about Catholics is wrong? Or has the "100% truth that God somehow granted only to Christian fundamentalists?

I have one problem in the world with the Catholics. I do not think they go to hell. I have many Catholic friends, in fact, most of them end up in a deep relationship with God as any of the people of my church. =]

I have no problem with Catholics at all. I was not Catholic because I can not agree with some of the doctrines, such as birth control, etc. I have more in common with Catholic teaching that some fundamental Protestant churches, although I am a Protestant.

I studied the group of Roman Catholic Christianity in RE (as well as Judaism, Sikhism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Protestant Christianity). I have read many books in the library on the causes of the Protestant Reformation and the beliefs of the RC church. My father is a Church of England vicar (pastor clergy), I read the books I bought on the subject. My brother became a Roman Catholic a few years ago, I asked him about RC beliefs. I disagree with several of the RC church practices (asking Mary and the saints to pray to God on my behalf, confession to a priest, Rosario), not practice, as I see them as distractions. CRs if that will help them feel closer to God, well, they are still worshiping the God of the Bible that Jesus took human form and paid the penalty for sin on our behalf.

Yes I would immediately be tempted to say "the bible" because the Bible is the Word of God to man. I believe that every Catholic is convinced that he / she is a Christian and I know that many, perhaps most, think that their church is "the true church" and that others are inferior. I know they are totally wrong about this sad and feel that they have been deceived for centuries. The Bible makes it clear that we worship. Makes it clear how the Communion should be taken. It makes clear to whom we must pray. It makes clear to which we confess our sins. It is clear that should not be involved in idolatry and more. It also tells us that those who add to the Bible will be punished. Why not choose the Bible to support my belief that when the reason given to me. When I read what I can see when they go wrong R.C.s. If you spent time in prayer (his own prayer for not reciting the church) and read the Bible, with special attention to the verses that have been brought to you by Catholics can not see the truth. To continue to defy those who have tried to help you make you well, but will do much harm - the long term.

I think Catholics are Christians. I attended Catholic Mass on several occasions. I have read the catechism of the church. I served the Catholics during my active service in the Navy. A good number are my friends. I just do not believe in Catholicism, and I could never believe in Catholicism. There is no way a person can make something that does not wholeheartedly believe in. I have my opinions, because of this, putting myself in their worship and talk to people who practice the faith, which was not . That is enough proof for me that could never be that the sect to me, or Orthodox, as it is almost the mirror image of Catholicism. Yes, just in case someone was going to come out and say, I will say to you, Anglicans and Episcopalians have some similarities, but unlike Catholicism / Orthodoxy in major ways in which I am the Episcopal Church.

My son as a Catholic, I would say that Catholics are not hearing the networks and webs of lies, spreading haha. People think that the cult of the Pope, however, when well-educated Catholics say that we see as a successor of Peter and not worship him, yet I think. What saddens me even more is that when people go around lying about the Catholic faith and practice, however, know that what they are saying is not true, but do so anyway. I did not know much about my own faith, and although I am a young teenager, I think my eyes were opened to the reality they want to learn about my faith and I have learned much over the past year, and I want to know more about me faith every day. I think it's about the Catholics of my age when they begin to question their own faith, simply because they do not know much about their own faith, or think it's boring mass, or entering new churches and want to go there instead . much of what my family has. I decided to stay with the Catholic Church for the rest of my life, and I think I'm at home. Unfortunately, Catholics, and may even stop then start to tell lies about his faith that it once was. Fortunately, many, many people opted to return home each year. Catholics have to live always with the intention of bigotry toward his faith, but I can honestly say that fanaticism is the Catholicism that has made me stronger.
