What are the differences between Catholics and Protestants? What are the characteristics of the Anglican / epicospal?
The Episcopal Church is a mixture of Catholicism and the Methodist Church. We have a lot of traditions like the Catholic church as communion every Sunday processionals, acolytes, alter various "helpers" (for lack of a better word). However, we do not believe that salvation is obtained in any way, or we have to talk through a priest to talk with God. Episcopalians believe in having a relationship with God, and that there is one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We do not have any kind of confession, but I believe in confessing our sins to God himself. These are the main features that can be seen, but most likely more than that, but I just found these few to be in the Episcopal Church for so long. I hope that helped!

The main difference is that Protestants do not have to listen and obey the edicts of the Pope.
Anglican Church is the same as the U.S. version of the Episcopal Church. We must pay attention to what he says Archbiship of Canterbury rather than the Pope.
We all believe in Jesus as the son of God. Mary as her mother. Jesus died for our sins, etc.
