Your question is completely irrelevant to the message and teachings of the Bible. The gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are the names of their respective human writers. The Apostle Paul wrote the majority (yes, bad pun intended) of the New Testament, not one bears his name. This does not make their content more or less important.
The Gospels refer to Mary because she was the vessel that God chose to give birth to Jesus. Nothing more. Not even a book author. When Jesus was conceived, Mary was a virgin. Then, it is clear that Biblical accounts of Mary and Joseph had other children humans. (Judas is Jesus' biological half brother.) She did not die a virgin. She is not and should not be deified. The only human who deserved deification is Jesus Christ, because he is fully God, fully human and fully foolproof them all at once.
Jesus does not need a specific book of the Bible the name of Him, because the word is all about him. Each book of the prophecies of the Old Testament, whether his coming, has a protagonist who symbolizes some aspect of him as a Redeemer Pariente, or analyzes the impact of his coming.

thus, the Qur'an speaks of Mary and Jesus spoke. you have the entire set of chapters and sentences to them, we do.
but why? If Jesus was only a prophet, why all this leaves more attention?
lol ubscure names. the revelation that it was a very good writer!

The most important thing is "Jesus" the one appointed. Anyone who offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of everyone, and God raised him up. The central message is Jesus. Some people insist that the Koran was copied, which originated in the Christian and Jewish sources.
