Explain to me the Catholic Church is right or wrong?
I have a problem … and I want to make a decision. I want to know if I should join the Catholic Church. I have been studying for a while now, and I am sure you want to convert. I am sure that is the church, but then the next day I'm not so sure of anything anti-Catholic because my family always brings me something that is "proof" of why the church is not true. Then I do a little more research and find that everyone is wrong about what I say. And the cycle begins again.
I make no doubt, because I do not want to make a mistake. Please give me a reason that ligitimate or not to join the Catholic Church.
Please none of this "first church established by Jesus through Peter the Rock" for the good material, and "call no man father, to pray and worship the holy mary" bad things . Heard before.
- Please explain to me, What is wrong with praying the Hail Mary?
- Does anyone Somethings Wrong With Him the Catholic Church?
- If I can prove Biblically that Peter was not the first pope or leader of the Catholic Church, is Crumble?
- Anyone notice Somethings wrong with the Catholic Church?
- How the Catholic Church to explain the many policies that directly contradict the Bible?

i wud invite you to embrace Islam
bad because he wants to brainwash the world, with a date book
If you want to know Christ on this earth the only place that can happen is in a Catholic church, during a Catholic mass.
Despite all the various claims and the sense of people on both sides of the issue, the body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus Christ, the source and summit of Catholic worship, must, by necessity, also at the heart of its decision to convert to Catholicism.
If you do not feel the need to be closer to Jesus, who would otherwise be humanly possible, it is not necessary to be a Catholic.
If you're ready for a close, intimate, family relationship with Christ, that Catholicism, with the most authentic and blessed sacrament eucharistic faith is the one for you.
Once you have Christ, you really can achieve all he has in store for you.
Without him, who knows?
Welcome!
every religion has some critics … but nobody can say religion can send you to heaven or what ever. only you can save. religion is the only one in the guide track. The Bible says all are dependent on the right way to understand or interpret. if you want to be a Catholic, is more pleasant as the experience from which I was born I was a Catholic … its nice to me and be there depends on how faithfully we pray to God or the Catholic time we practice what you teach or what is teaching us bilble. Do not doubt whether to accept Jesus as son of God and you believe that the holy trinity to go for it. Pray that God bless you always ….
If you are looking for rock solid, only the Bible that you can give.
Any religion can be demolished. Have faith and make their own decision and to defend what they believe. No religion is perfect and negative feedback from some people.
The love of family, love for God and do what you know is correct. His feeling that inside you that keeps you a leader.
I understand your compleatly delema kindda personal? I grew up Cathloic. (Not by choice). And I am growin 'up there were some problems with my religion most of my adult life! How ever do believe in a higher power. " As I am sure that parents like mine did, taught me right from wrong that the best could.Make his own desions and go thier.I personally do not go to church from my issuses. But, I am sure that my higher power loves me the same! If you can read a book that Thiers suold suggest that if you can! And read the whole thing will help, as I hope I helped. It's called, the purpose driven life by Rick Warren.Good luck in finding the religion that makes you personally happy! I hope helped!
You say you want a legitimate reason for converting to Catholicism or not, but I wonder what kind of occasion you want. Read the writing, reading with delicate care of the eyes and fingers, pray for understanding before reading. Then consider whether you want this kind of personal quest for understanding, or if you want to cling to any certainty that a foreign priest. Then you'll know.
if you ask me … any group that kills its advesaries in god's name, and any group that has mountains of true information to keep people unaware, and any group that condemns others for their beliefs all that isn't enough respectable.its bad that the promise of the members pay a percentage of payment exists, but if we look at the load, that is annoying children, funds etc misapropreation ask and whats up with the Pope? do you buy? millions of 3rd world nation "converts" that the Pope is God Himself … really do not know that I am not really
I know that the Catholic Church is right for me. But I can not judge whether it is right for you.
I suggest you continue to pray and talk to some real people about their concerns. Contact your local parish and ask about information on their research group RCIA.
You can go and ask any questions you want.
This is the first step in RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults), but you can stop at any time.
There is no obligation to become a Catholic.
With love and prayers in Christ.
It is best to make sure you are listenning to God. It is still a small voice … and you've heard.
Take all your questions to your local priest, and begin to attend RCIA classes. You have until next Easter to decide if or what God is calling you. There is much ground to cover, because Catholicism is for people who think. You can quit at any time and nobody fault.
Hang out with the true Catholic who actually do things to improve the world, not just sitting around quoting the Bible.
Here is a cool website: http://www.phatmass.com
anyone who professes to be "anti-Catholic" will not offer any real evidence, only their sentences. the same way that Catholics do not provide any evidence whatsoever.
write what is important to you in life. if this is education, or a family or anything else. write what you believe in, ie the belief that nobody can shake you. Jesus is the Son of God, or have a guardian angel, nothing like that.
return to his role a few days and review a little if necessary.
now what you wrote. Happy would you be Catholic? what does the church teach match what we already believe?
if so, do not listen to anyone and be Catholic. if not, try to find something else.
whether its decision based on what others say they will not be your choice in the final. you know what it means to be Catholic. either you or your not. nobody else can make that decision for you.
Cassie I wonder what I think now. And why do you want to become a Catholic?
I can say is read your Bible and pray. From there, God will reveal to you your own words. Remember that your words are the light in our path.
I am a Christian (born again), I used to be a Catholic. Perhaps your question why. I saw and experience of God when I accepted him in my heart. And that is the best thing to do, not become a religion or what so ever. Stay where you feel God is there, where you can talk with Him, where you can feel their presence and where He hears your prayers and bless you. And also, you can thank, to love, serve and praise Him in return. God bless and I hope you know the truth.
Has been to 2000 years. Many have been persecuted, tortured and martyred, but still standing.
In history, the Catholic Church is also a lot of mistakes, and I say that many! I did not know before Pope John Paul II asked forgiveness for the sins of the Catholic Church has done.
If you want to be inspired to join Pope John Paul II read the biography. He is a shock for me.
Nobody can really say if the right or wrong religion. What matters is, is the religion for you *? For some people, it is not correct. For example, my grandfather was born a Catholic, and find no comfort there. He became a Buddhist.
What I suggest you do is look in other faiths, along with the Catholic belief system. It may take more time but in the end it'll make you decide "Is this what's right for me?"
All we heard is wrong, is, and vice versa. The best thing for you to do is just look at your personal relationship with God. Will you go to purgatory when I die? Or will you go straight to heaven or hell. Do I need to confess your sins to a priest? Or you can talk directly to God?
The conclusion is that everything in the universe is in you, ie, iron, coal, nitroxide. And everything comes from God. God is in you. Religion is only one of its many tools to make it more "in his image" (or her). Picture religion as a walking stick, while you are one of the mountain of life. You do not need a stick to see the mountaintop, not the stick carries food and water. But with the help of travel.
So please do not be caught in "What is religion" thing. Life itself is religion. You know right from wrong. It is not necessary in a old man a mountain with tablets that count. Additionally, you can know God. And he is close to everything that matters.
The Catholic Church is right when he defined the dogma of the Catholic Church. Catholic beliefs is what the Catholic Church says it is.
That's it. That's all the catholic church is certainly on the right.
In the past, the Catholic Church has tried to tell scientists to assume that the facts of nature are. When scientists agreed and offered to prove the contrary, the Church persecuted them. Giordano Bruno and Galileo are two of the many victims of the Church, because it punishes the right when the Church was wrong.
Religious faith is not a guide to reality. It is a journey that if you really try to rely on it for important things. Their belief in angels and saints protectors of mercy will not protect you if a mere foot mountain.
The sentence does not alter the laws of probability and let you win gambling. If God approves of those games is not the point: the point is that prayer has no power to affect the odds.
His faith in God does not cure cancer, spinal meningitis and gonorrhea. Surgery or medicine could, but not faith.
When the Catholic Church, or any other church, he is right in anything except self-referentially with its own dogmas, it is a coincidence. Sometimes ignorant people say something profound and true, just by chance (the effect of Gilligan).
Yes, you should join the Catholic Church. Maybe you should read the Catechism and the Bible at night. Pray the rosary for guidance as well. I will pray for his conversion.
