Many priests were murdered by Stalin and Hitler by refusing to say what was said in the confessional. I had read that when there is no knowledge of a priest breaking the seal of confession, but the information could be in error, but I know I have never heard happening. As for everyone out with the perfect sin whose only response few are on the Priest guilty of sexual depravity Extreme think of all the Protestant preachers commit a disgrace, and probably will hear this year there are more of these.

Yes, indeed. They were taught this in their training and think seriously. If you were to be left to use as an instrument of God to absolve sins in God's children, "I tell someone a secret sins? After he witnessed the prayers to God for forgiveness and mercy, I would tell others their sins? After them, walking and with faith and confidence in you and God just to hear these sinful acts and keep it in the confessional, do you break their trust and BLAB the world of its sins? First, is what is taught in the Church, so last minute would be a sin for them. Secondly, it is simply not human to tell it to the sins of others. God bless +

Yes All sins are confessed to God through the priest can not be disclosed to anyone by the priest. The priest is God working through, so it has no authority to tell anyone what was said during the confession. No matter the situation - even if the priest in question was threatened with death - even if the person is a convicted murderer confessed.

Yes, it is much more than canon or church law is a hallmark of a conversation between the penitent (the one who makes the confession) and Christ (the priest who makes an acquittal). While both canon law and catechism, the seal is much more basic

I think all you can do about "breaking" is if someone confessed to being ready to kill or maul "and as such, or themselves" I think the priest may warn the person - but I'm not 100% certified in that. they can not say that only what is to happen.

Subject to excommunication, yes. If you confess the murder, or something serious, do not expect absolution, the priest tells you to turn itself, and only then acquit.

Yup! Even if someone confesses to murder. The priest may try to convince the person to surrender, but can not make itself.
