I am an ex-Catholic, I left my Catholic faith because of this reason and many others that the Bible and Cathechism not agree with. In the Bible it says that the only mediator between God and man is Jesus and nobody else.

I am Catholic and his friend was very close. Think of Mary and the saints as lobbyists. Ensure business and could approach Congress directly, but more often used by pressure groups who live in Washington. It is a similar relationship that Catholics had hoped that with Mary, without corruption. Catholics want to say, when God closes a door opens a window Mary.

I'm not Catholic, but a friend of mine is. She told me not necessarily to pray to Mary, but through it God or Jesus. It's a little confusing to me. But that's what you said, and I will take his word at face value.

I do not understand why we ask you. It's like asking if the sun shines during the day. The answer is quite obvious. But I'll tell you anyway. Yes, pray to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Why? Because she is the Holy Mother of Jesus. Do not you know that? Early in the Gospels, at the wedding of Cana, the Virgin told him to Jesus: "There was no wine." And even though Jesus type of protest, he did what he asked his mother. Therefore, we ask Our Lady to intercede for us and
