Personally I think the symbol of a robbery that the priest takes some crossings that would be a good symbol to represent a priest.
If you're unfamiliar with what they stole, is the long thin clothing which sometimes leads around his neck and hangs freely on either side, or sometimes worn and crossed by a rope-like band. This is what I would do if I was asked to get the symbols representing a priest and a monk - I spent many years of my life in publishing and printing / publishing industry, some of which help people with applications like yours. I'm not in the business and - in fact now a nursing student with a second career in health care, but still enjoy playing around at home on my time with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bryce, etc
