Personally I think the symbol of a robbery that the priest takes some crossings that would be a good symbol to represent a priest.
If you're unfamiliar with what they stole, is the long thin clothing which sometimes leads around his neck and hangs freely on either side, or sometimes worn and crossed by a rope-like band. It is used by the priests and deacons, when they do baptisms, last rites, etc. It would be a good symbol to represent the vocation of the priest in my opinion.
Here's an article on the subject, with some photos of priests wearing stoles of different types: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stole
A small symbol of a robbery could be something like those little yellow symbols banda see the whole world to show support for the troops of this symbol can only be mentioned in the same small crosses or something
A monk, probably a few in a simple Christian cross, as one of those simple, rough-hewn wood to symbolize the poverty and humility, and devotion to Christ.
      Edit:
This is what I would do if I was asked to get the symbols representing a priest and a monk - I spent many years of my life in publishing and printing / publishing industry, some of which help people with applications like yours. I'm not in the business and - in fact now a nursing student with a second career in health care, but still enjoy playing around at home on my time with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bryce, etc
As for the other responses he is receiving is concerned, there are many anti-Christian and anti-Catholic trolls here - do not let that bother you …….
