You do not have to pull curtains when changing to a patient? Say "excuse me, you will have to leave." If not, go to your supervisor. Are you aware of what this priest is doing? Talk to her about it. And if nothing is done, you should speak with the hospital administrator. Document the time, so you can indicate what are the specific cases.
He does not have to do the things you're doing.

If in fact this is really happening, ask your supervisor is. This is probably the bishop of the diocese or the superior of his order.

Tell your boss, the hospital administrator and his superior. This way you have proof that you laid a complaint, if the church decides to get nasty.

Talking to the bishop of the diocese, but he does not have anything. The Catholic Church hierarchy is quite good in the care of their own.

Treat as you would any family member of patients. If you need the privacy of a patient to change a dress or nothing, then tell him to leave. Do not do anything until he leaves.
I'm pretty sure it has authority over the priest. I would also mention to your boss, as well as yours.
