in the most basic theological definition, Protestants believe in sola scriptura. the idea that only needs the Bible.
also believe that praying to the Trinity, some even are Trinitarian Christians.
Catholics and Orthodox believe in the holy tradition and the holy church.
not "worship" the saints and Mary, who worship as they believe they are due respect.
basically looks like this:
= Protestante given a bike and have to learn to walk on their own.
= Catholics and Orthodox is a bike and a trainer for that spot.

Doctrine. Preachers Catholics call their "Father which is in violation of the commandment of Christ.
Mat 23:9 And call no man your father on earth: for one is your Father who is in heaven.
Pray to Mary is a violation of the commandments of Christ.
Luk 11:2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, for example, Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done as in heaven so on earth.
Forbid its ministers to marry, which is another violation of the Bible, but has fulfilled the prophecy.
1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in recent times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 is speaking in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God created to be received with gratitude those who believe and know the truth.
This is just a few of many that separates Christianity from Catholicism.

There are several important differences in the interpretation of Scripture … including beliefs about the concept of the Triune God. The best way for you to know is to sign on to a Catholic site and really investigate their basic beliefs. I will not try to tell you that one (but) is right. You will have to judge for yourself. Like all religious differences between those who use the Bible as their guide, the interpretation is the key. I also realized that a more above script to show your point of view, but I have also seen another script to show the Catholic view …. It is much safer than just rely on God and do what he believes is telling you to do … and not worry about anyone else.

The differences between Catholicism and Protestantism are less a question of theology, and more a matter of culture that has grown around them.
There are actually three main divisions of North America. Catholic, Protestant, and Congregational. Really true Protestants protested against something. Lutherans would be a good example of a true Protestant.
That leaves Anglicans / Episcopalians, as they left the Roman Church through political means, so they are not Roman Catholics, although most see themselves as Protestants.
Similarly, it would be inaccurate to say that Baptists are evangelicals and other Protestants. They are not. Its origins are in an individualistic point of view, which emerged in the 1830s in the United States.
All these cultures have been influencing the way that his followers read the Bible, which often demonized by inference to other denominations.

Please do not ask anything about them. Just tell you to visit your place of worship once. which might prevent the asking.
It sounds as if you were to weaken to join them. Do not let them intimidate you think they are doing something special .. (not special. just wrong.).
Catholicism is an apostate religion that uses the name of Jesus to spread false propaganda through the use of costume to represent purity. (Wolves in HOJAS clothes.
To keep the people more fascinated by the size of the statues which can neither speak nor see. Why one wants to talk and pray to a statue? Body is not reading the scriptures. Body does not follow the doctrine of Jesus. That religion is in itself and of course it will fall.

There are many differences between the two.
One major difference is something that is called transubstantiation which is basically the belief that crackers and wine that you eat into the body becomes the flesh and blood of Christ. This is believed to be symbolic in Protestantism, and Catholicism, cree be transformed into reality within you.
Martin Luther is credited with the birth of Protestantism.

This is what Martin Luther posted a revolt against the Catholic Church. This is what I use when the Protestants, mainly objecting to the Catholic faith. Type Luther received the ball rolling.
