    Yes
Anyone can approach the altar with his arms crossed over his chest to receive a blessing.
      With love in Christ.

Of course. All are welcome to go to receive a blessing, even if they are not Catholics. Just get in line like everyone else, to get the priest or Eucharistic minister, arms cross with an "X" like training on your chest by placing each hand on opposite shoulder. Ex right hand over the left shoulder and left hand on the right shoulder. Then, perhaps bob its head in an arc light or say "Amen" after the blessing and return to his seat.

What in hell is the priest for blessings. The priest gives the blessing, God does. This is a further testimony of the time. Not the old ways of life.

You can never be blessed by a human being. You can help or the help of a human being. God bless and do not relinquish that power to the man who sins to abuse.
