The Bible does not say anything about the promotion of millionaire pastors go on television and take advantage of the emotional vulnerability of people to make money, a phenomenon that is unique to Protestantism.
And I personally go to the Southern Baptist church. Protestant not get much more than that. We have a gospel choir, glass windows and an organ player piano, the technology of today, banks, stain, and a very nice bell. None of this is specifically mentioned in the Bible. My point? There are plenty of things that Protestants do not specifically in the Bible. Heck, being on the Internet is not in the Bible. Maybe we should not do that, either.

Catholics realize, since there appears, the story of his church. That existed before the Bible and, as such, all I had to start with the tradition was the church. What happened in the writings of the Bible were decided later, so you could believe that the Catholic tradition and the Bible. All matters you mention are not biblical tradition. As Protestants are based on the Bible alone, which seem to believe that God can not say anything new to us. Protestants also be remembered that the Bible was compiled by the Catholic Church, after all! So for the Protestants to use the Bible to say that Catholics are wrong sounds a little strange to say the least.
What's wrong with a Pope? The Protestant churches have leaders as well.

I understand your point. I can agree to some extent, with what he is saying, despite being a Catholic myself.
However, we must consider three things.
Firstly, the vast majority, if not all, Protestant denominations were created simply to satisfy some dissidents within the Catholic Church. Anglicanism, for example, was created because a king wanted to marry. Lutheranism began because one man applied his own ideologies to Christianity, and because others agreed, he formed his own church.
Secondly, the Bible was not written in English. It has been translated and all, of biblical Hebrew, classical Latin, ancient Greek and Aramaic. Although the Bible is the primary book for all Christians, most of the Bible is the consequences, proverbs, or even poems. For example, if your eye does not see anything, and you are traveling, are you really going to start the eye? I doubt.
Third, some people think that we Catholics "worship" Mary. We do not "worship" her, we pray. There is a difference between someone worship and prayer for someone. The reason that Mary is a central figure in the Catholic Church is by the number of miracles and visions that have happened to people about Mary. To date, there are shrines, like the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, which are exclusively dedicated to Mary, for the pilgrims who go there you can see in his visions of her mind.
I hope that Christians put aside many of their minor differences and unite themselves, not be obsessed with these principles small. While we have been fighting among ourselves, we have been letting the atheists, agnostics, Muslims and take over the world. In trying to compete with other denominations, we are losing the main focus of what we as Christians are supposed to be doing as a whole.

Jordan, which used to be Protestant. Since becoming a Catholic, I felt much closer to Jesus in spirit and mind and body and heart, and the Bible is more meaningful to me than ever.
I spent six years studying the Bible and Christian history, fasting and prayer before being Catholic. I was not fair - I was opposed to Catholicism … and yet I changed my mind and became Catholic.
Jesus established Mary as our intercessor in John 2.
Jesus established Peter as the first pope (earthly leader of the Church), in Matthew 16.
Papal infallibility does not mean what you think it means. You probably think that means that Catholics believe the Pope to be without fault. Not so. The Pope goes to confession weekly, and he would not if he did not sin. Papal infallibility is a special provision of the Holy Spirit, which allows a pope to speak without error on a specific matter of principle. It's like you go to church and listen to your pastor say something about the church leadership is in charge and the conclusion that the Holy Spirit enabled him to speak the truth.

I read the Bible on numerous occasions only thing I remember is that Christ says you must come through me, I pray to marry. Catholics show me a scripture that says the prayer for marriage is correct. For Christ says not first put religion or religious emblems or marry. How important is to marry more than Jesus, who only wants to worship him. The Catholic Church has a doctrine a'lot been very wrong and not except Christ as personal Savior. Not even enough to go apologize to confess to a priest who is crazy, He is God, He can not bare the weight of Christ, man is weak that it is greater than any man in this world.Amen! can not be one or the other there can be only one that's become Christ as Christians.

To whom? Osama bin Laden? Bob the Tomato?
2) the Bible speaks of praying to Mary, to have a Pope, papal infallibility, etc. ..
Or about driving a car to church, or the construction of buildings for Christian worship, or carpets or near banks or near hymnals, or close …. nearly almost everything else that is part of worship for all Christians. NO CHRISTIAN worships * only * in the way they conducted the Christian worship in the Bible, and no Christian believes that * only * in the things the Bible says that Christians believed in at that time.
My position? Christian fundamentalist.
3) is not a fair reading of the Bible argue for the legitimacy of Protestant religions about Catholicism?
Well, that's like asking, "are not all citrus better than apples?" Well - is not it? What about lemons? What about tangelos?
The only rational response is, "no - because the major Protestant sects agree with each other more closely than they do with the Roman Catholic Church."
Some may be more "legitimate" - but you would have to be specific about which sect, and you would have to provide specific reasons to support such a claim.

The Bible does not have to talk about it to be an acceptable practice. The Bible does not mention the Bible studies, altar calls, or tent, or replacements.
The Church came before the Bible. Jesus never told anyone to write, but I told them to preach. Jesus never wrote anything. Why then assume that the written word is higher than the oral teaching of Christ and his Apostles? Suppose that today you had the opportunity to speak with Peter, John, Matthew … would like to speak with the men who learned directly from Christ or is happening is because it has the Bible and that is all you need? I know that I would talk to them because I'm sure I could say more than what's in the Bible.
The Bible was written by the Catholic Church. It came after the Church and was written for the Church. The Church teaches what it does, because the Bible says, because the Bible says the Church has always taught.
The Bible says it is the only source of our faith, in fact, says there are many things not written. Not compatible with the theory of the Bible.
I would say just the opposite of his statement. Protestants have had a partial tool of faith and become the whole. This would not have the fullness of truth.

The Church proclaims the Gospel for two millennia, the Church gave us the Scriptures, the Church defined dogma of the Trinity, the Church defeated heresies of Arianism, Pelagianism, Gnosticism, Marcion, Sabellianism, and Manichaeism, the Church has produced thousands and thousands of Saints - San Francisco Maximilian Kolbe, for Therese of Lisieux, the Church is the largest provider of care for the poor in the world, the Church has built hospitals, orphanages, schools and soup kitchens worldwide, the Church is concerned about one of every four AIDS patients in the world, the Church is the only major supporter of life - all life - worldwide
The Church proclaims the Messiah not only come in the first century, but He comes in every Catholic Mass - in the flesh (is Protestants who deny this!) - And will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead ? People who spit the venom in the Catholic Church needs to think long and hard about what they're doing because to slander the Catholic Church is the Body of Christ blaspheme. If you're one of those people, pray about it, ask yourself why you believe what you believe, and know with certainty if the things you believe about the Catholic Church are true, fair using resources (including some Catholics). Please.

How do you know how close I am to Jesus and the Bible? We ask Mary to pray for us in the same way I ask you to pray for me.
Jesus said in reply, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah. For flesh and blood has not revealed this, but my heavenly Father. And I say that you are Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven ". (Matthew 16:17-19)
The Catholic Church believes the Lord made Simon alone, whom he named Peter, the "rock" of his Church. He gave the keys of his Church and instituted him shepherd of the entire herd.
The Pope is the senior pastor of 1.1 billion Catholics, the direct successor of Simon Peter.
