Catholics, with deep respect for their beliefs, they do not know the scriptures that supports Mary ,…?

… the mother of Jesus, being God anyway? I know that Catholics have as someone to pray, look to the guidance, but I'm not even sure where Catholics in Scripture can theorize that?

  1. voyc4rmw says:

Assumption / 4 Immaculate Conception isn't Bible (he was a sinner like all humans, not an eternal virgin - who had children after Jesus). Catholics (CC) I think that is mentioned in Gen 3, but Mary was the mother of Jesus, not his wife (Jesus never married) and is dead [until Jesus returns, the dead rise 1st] and cannot help ANY1. Unfortunately, most of the practices of biblical CC RNT so the CC isn't Christian (dictionary definition. God Doesn't = Standard). I almost became Catholic and found it no better than the Protestant churches I grew up in.
The Bible warns us seriously not 2 people of confidence, even to ourselves, clergy, churches and scholars (Jer 10:2-5,23; Is 2:22, Job 12:11, Proverbs 14:12, Acts 17 : 11). So think carefully about what I say. Just do not believe or reject what I write. U could be saved from making the same mistake many, being trapped in religious beliefs that have nothing to do with 2 know God (poisoned tree / fruit).
HV meaningless rituals under the Covenant NT. Jewish rites were by God's instruction, the best 1 could do under the law of God (none in NT). Other religions (Christian, even many), either copied or invented rituals (the best humans could do within the limits of man). Perfect sacrifice of Jesus canceled the need for all rituals 4 / priests (make calls God a liar because it brings up failed in its mission of Jesus - Jesus is the only priest now). 2 The closest thing is the communion ritual but is not 2 b treated like a ritual as the b 2 treated more seriously (not the actual body of Jesus / blood - the belief Cc).
Many dont know the DIF. btwn made a ritual as a ritual and genuine "memory" - is not possible without knowing the actual instructions of Jesus Bible - absent in the teachings of CC (the CC has not written any of the NT [non-text CC - NT was written by 1st century Apostles (NT gospels / letters preserved of 4 not the whole truth CA) PPL Full CC possession was not until the 4th century], which contradicts his assertions. Jesus is about to be 1 in Spirit and ritual truth - God allowed 2 that the Bible despite its false teachings as Romans 2, allowed to fulfill the prophecy without your knowledge (which appear again today). A teacher may HV truth, but the action is superficial — The CC / other, like the Pharisees, they know 2 Clean the outside of the cup but do not understand how the inside is 2 b clean with respect actual message of Jesus 2. The fact that the CC / other religions hv one @ altar in the center of their practices is not 1 track of his being about rituals of truth.
The problem is that theres many religions or varieties of subsets. 1 days I realized that song b (ie there 1 Bible, reason why many interpretations? - II Peter 1: ** 19-21). Most religions came through PPL who devised 4 to God the things that / other liked. Some realized religion could B Good 2 control the masses and 4 other programs - but cannot teach much about religion or God (who cannot teach what I know). Who knows more about a home builder or moving in the future?
4 Christian, problems began when the apostles / disciples were exterminated or died during the 1st century (Christianity was illegal @ the time). In others the next century, either did not know Jesus or were less knowledgeable than the 1st generation of believers in Jesus and / or (un) intentionally added their own ideas or agendas, replacing the original believers. At the time DC became the religion a "state - Jn 18:36" recognized organized religion in the reign of Constantine (circa 325), most of what Jesus taught and the original apostles were no longer practiced.
The CC mixed in pagan religious practices and 2 please call in PPL, thus creating a new religion that the label "Christian / Catholic." CC, such as programs of other religions (mayve been some well-meaning) was mostly 2 control and 2 masses influence policy (II Tim 2: * 4, I John 2: * 15-17; Col 2: * 8 Jer 10: * 2-5). The CC states that has yet to give Bibles 4 more than a century b / c couldnt read why PPL has not yet teach PPL 2 read?
HV God and Jesus on the man has never been pleasant. In fact, the CC, RCC & OC made religions like the Pharisees, that Jesus was declared the most an abomination b / c they were about nice and not man to God (Mt 23:15; LK 16: 15). Even when the Protestant / other split DC remains the same format as bad CC.
      Even Tho these churches got rid of some of the silly CC still did not know much about Jesus (more biblical instructions jumped 4 different programs), nor were 2, the Bible 2 find all the instructions of Jesus [a big mistake, because 'Re fulfillment of prophecies against their practices (Amos 8: * 11; Jr 12: * 10: 5: * 9 (houses large churches r - Mt 24: * 1-2); Os 4: * 6: Mark 7:1 -23 (John 3: * 3,5 & Ez 36:24-27, * 26), Luke 16: ** 15 (see Rev 21:27, Jer 10: ** 2-5; is 1: * 11 to 15)].
      2 Grand CC lies:
      1. The CC claims 2 b of the 1st and the church because the church r longer exists, r the only "official" church. Apostles of Jesus never called on his Catholic church (not in the Bible, nor in line with the message of God that never changes) and ever CC practice religious rituals. Hardly original Apostle difference btwn 250 years of Jesus from the church and the start of the official CC - there4, CC was never a real part or 1st Christian Church (Not a label, title, name, history, # of members, the amount of time that existed or claims made by them means something (U can call anything). What is your practice that makes it all the truth or falsehood. A dictionary definition. doesn't necessarily include the full definition of God / use of a (His word or exceptions to it). I mean, Jesus and the biblical prophets were not Muslims, no matter what Islam says and affirmation of the CC of the veneration of saints / Mary is a form of matter idolitry not what they say (calling a dog God doesn't make God).
      2. Peter never was a Pope or was, or apostles, some never members of the CC (not in the Bible = no apostolic succession) the use of the word pope is an invention Cc - The Bible teaches us not go beyond 2 Written what (I Corinthians 4:6, Revelation 22:18-19 - CC call * * isn't oral teaching of the Bible). Peter never was a bishop of the CC (who died about 250 years b4 DC became a church). Peter wouldnt call himself a Pope or a member of the CC b / c 1self called "Holy" Father and other teachings CC abominations R (combo of rituals / false priests - Paul meant it was as a father is not Cc a holy father). Even the devil knows that Jesus is the Son of God, that 1 b 2 wise not to trust any church ahead of what's in the Bible. Call urself Christian / u believe in Jesus saying that doesn't make it true - recital of words means nothing (Matthew 23:2 says, do not say what they [were under Pharisee leaders] - now we r bad practices Pharisee to follow the biblical teachings of Jesus [u can get out of DC - Luke 10:16 - He who rejects Jesus / His biblical teachings reject Christ - whether a person / church isn't listening 2 Jesus then not listen to 2]).
      More errors CC:
Mass (not in the Bible) is full of biblical rituals, statues (IN2 God isn't dead things - non-living things can not help or save ANY1 - praying they abominations 2/using r), the Rosary and pearls, mother of the birth of Mary (Jesus' virgin 2) as an advocate (Jesus is the only way to God 2 - not his apostles / disciples - Jn 14:6, 5:39; 10:1,7, Acts 4:12; is 1 ), candles, incense, the cross (the symbol of the curse in place of Jesus and 4 the same argument against the statues), making the sign of the cross, holy water, the Stations of the Cross, / another leader is Pope clothing they wear, ring, confirmation, the trinity, creed CC / other documents, the increase PPL (PPL especially dead) 2 the status of "holy" (only God / Jesus as the author HV), nuns, monks , purgatory, catechisms, devotional, Sacraments, Eucharist, penance, traditional-type repetitive prayers / songs and other things that make RNT in the Bible - cancels any truth they know.
Religion is based on what the man likes, not Jesus' instructions. The result is few b saved through most of them (u cannot keep urself ur own initiative or good works save u - theres nothing good in a man - Rom 1:23). 1 must b very careful not to get caught up in 2 or 2 is different denominations (especially if u dont hv a good handle on what is actually written in the Bible), because it will add 2 UR confusion.
Religions CB / made many fatal mistakes doesn't mean God doesn't know what he's doing. Many missed this: Jesus is 1 only in the story that said no1 can find our true God but by Jesus (John 14:6, 5:39; 10:1,7, Acts 4:11). This means "the" truth was complete and finished through what Jesus did. Therefore, all calls new teaching / other religious r & U cannot valid driver 2 God. The truth is that whether the truth or falsehood. O Jesus told the truth or is a false prophet, among many others, who should b account. It also means that God must exist and (He knows what he is doing or cannot b The God).
HV Jesus couldnt done and said what he did unless he was fully aware of the entire Old Testament (NT not yet exist @ the time of Jesus - Jesus the only way of couldve known throughout the Old Testament, God sent him). Apostles couldnt write the NT unless Jesus allowed them to know 2 and remember your purpose (Lk 24:25-27,45). Only God could do it.
No matter how well intentioned PPL (religious or not) read the Bible that Jesus cannot find without having to spend 2 Him through biblical instructions (Jn 5:39; 10:1,7; 3:3,5). Smarter than the man of God - the Bible is the only well understood Cannot 1b without Jesus (John 14:6, II Corinthians 3:14, is 29:11-12 - If you cannot PPL Jewish Pierce the veil on the Old Testament without Jesus, all gentiles cannot). Why your theres many interpretations and many ideas of his fairy tales (Jesus came with the sword of division).

  2. Farsight says:

She is not divine. Catholics do not consider it divine. We simply believe that is a member of the body of believers, as in heaven and having made and raised God made man, is much closer to him than us. She can, in effect, "put in a good word for us.
When "pray" to Mary, what we are doing is asking Mary to pray for us. A "request" more archaic meaning of the word prayer. It's like Shakespeare used it in their works. It's how the courts still use today. And it is how we use it. It does not mean worship. A good example of a "sentence" Mary is "Maria, pray for us." If that's worship, then I serve my friends when I ask them to pray for me too, or I serve my grandfather when he I say that I miss. (from a few years ago)
It's asking a person to pray for you evil? No. Then where is the problem? Some people say it's dead and does not hear us, but we believe it is alive in heaven. Some say it is in heaven and we do not listen, but Psalm 29:1-2 is addressed to the angels in heaven. Why the Angels be able to hear us as the saints who are in the same place, can not? Others say that talking with the dead is necromancy, but that would make Christ guilty of necromancy, after speaking with several dead, like Lazarus, Moses and Elijah.
In the end, you can not have much in the way of writing that supports doing this, but there is nothing in Scripture that prohibits getting this right. This is one of the major differences between Catholics and other Christians. We Catholics look at what the Bible forbids and assume anything not listed is allowed. Other Christians tend to look at what Scripture means that any permits and no mention is prohibited.
So we look at the Bible and see that Mary asks that you pray for us is not prohibited and may be that, while others may look at the Bible and not see that says we should pray to Mary and therefore assume that prohibited.

  3. cashelma says:

Of all the saints of Christianity, Mary is, above all, human in the creation and even glorified by God because of his heroic confidence and in accordance with his will. We are inspired by his example of life and continuing with the intercession of his Son in our behalf.
Mary, the mother of Jesus, has a special place in the heart of every Catholic. Know what the Bible says about it, what the Church believes about Mary and how Catholics honor her.
Mary Given the importance in Christian history, the New Testament says little about it. What he says, however, speaks volumes.
The Magnificat of Mary has an emblem of hope and a sign of God's care for the downtrodden and oppressed worldwide.
Mary is mentioned as an example to the faithful by way peculiar in his life fully and responsibly accepted the word of God and did it …. She is worthy of imitation, because it was the first and most perfect of Christ's disciples.

  4. Simon H says:

Catholics do not consider Mary's divine. They also do not understand that Catholic teaching is based on the word of God, the Apostolic Tradition and Scripture. If you only accept the Bible as the only source of truth, then do not accept the complete word of God.
      The early Christians revere saints.

  5. 1Oᴄᴀᴎᴇ [God help the Giants] says:

You will not find any passage in the Bible that support Mary as divine because there is none.
The thing is that we Catholics do not claim that it is divine. She is the highest of all the Saints, the Mother of God, the pure glass that gave birth to the Word of God, and so, naturally, has much pull with God.
Just as the early Christians believe in the Communion of Saints. We pray for each other, and we ask those in heaven (** such as the Blessed Virgin Mary **) to pray for us. Divinis never regret.

  6. James O says:

Catholicism teaches that Mary is divine, but the Mother of God incarnate, that Luther, Calvin, and most Protestants teaches the original founders
Catholics only worship and adore the Trinity
"All generations will call me blessed"
Hail Mary full of grace (all in favor of one)
"Who am I that the mother of my Lord comes to me"
      Gospel of Luke

    1) Catholics, with deep respect for their beliefs, I know of no scripture that supports Mary ,…?
… the mother of Jesus, being God anyway?
Specifically Catholics teach that Mary is not in any way divine.
      2) knowledge of a Catholic should flow with the biblical doctrine, and I'm just wondering where in the Bible, Mary is given to the time of the salvation of the individual.
It does not matter, besides being the mother of Jesus, God's chosen instrument. Mary is not essential for salvation any Catholic - although it is seen as someone who can (through intercessory prayer) helps in saving someone like you or I could help the salvation of someone praying for them.
      3) Also, praying to the saints in the Bible either. Not even once.
Quite the contrary - when it is realized that the word "pray" means nothing more than "request" (actually - it's true) that we see throughout the New Testament that the authors asked others to pray for them.
Understand that Roman Catholics believe that Mary is alive in heaven. They ask him to pray for them - as you might ask me to pray for you. Consider this: if you had taken the decision to ask me or Mary herself to pray for you - well, who would you choose? That's why Catholics pray to Mary - the belief that reads ** ** for them.

Dogma 261) is permissible and profitable to venerate the saints, and to invoke his intercession. (In good faith.)
Dogma 262) is permissible and profitable to venerate the relics of saints. (In good faith.)
Dogma 263) is permissible and profitable to venerate images of saints. (In good faith.)
      ————————————– …
To know that Mary is, first you need to know who God is.
He has told us through prophecy, He is eternal, perfect, immaculate, all beautiful. Absolutely and completely God loves his creatures, angels and men. The perfection of God is offended by the imperfection, sin.
Since the attacks without Perfect Justice, Goodness of God should receive the goodness of man in contrast, not the reverse. Free man caused himself for the sin of being imperfect in the eyes of God. The man understands the lost relationship with God. God would never create the earth, a human man.
God's love for man was after sin, and God's mercy expressed future for man. The man asked him to offer to God the sweet smell of sacrifice and offer the best man's possessions as proof of good will of man to God. For men, this was very difficult to do. Will selfish man had become corrupted. The lambs and things were better grown beautiful, beautiful life. But the man God would give anything to be back for good from God. The prophets asked how man could be restored in the eyes of God. They prayed, it was declared, had been expected. The man offered the burnt sacrifices to God. Over time, God would send a Messiah redeemer, who, necessarily, that the sacrifice to God the perfect sacrifice to himself, giving to man what man could not offer himself. The Messiah is God made man, the Logos. He who was perfect would be to reach the man who was flawed.
      How can this be done?
If the birth of man, where one could find a perfect creature giving birth to the Messiah Perfect? If a perfect sinless creature to be seen again, God can give human generation (birth) the Son of man through the woman. But this is impossible, since God had marked all humanity. How could a creature without sin?
The world needs a perfect second Eve, she who never disobey God throughout his life, even the smallest sin. She would come to earth in the perfect will of God and love. God knew from eternity of the creature without sin. However, the creature was still marked with the sin of mankind and had not found favor in the eyes of God. How could the perfect son of God even allowed to be part of any creature carrying the inherited? Even a sin? But the man had suffered a long time for his offense. God has loved too much to expect more. Mary was conceived to be born of the House of David, the immediate descendant of Adam and Eve.
God raised the indelible original sin of Mary before the conception. It was immaculately conceived. She was the perfect Conception, where Eve was the perfect creation, full of sin and pure. Mary could, if wanted, make me the woman who allows God to redeem man. God sent an angel to ask. "Ave Maria," said the angel Gabriel, "full of grace, for you have found favor in the eyes of God." Perfect love of God came to him. She agreed to take the LOGOS to land.
Mary knew the Scriptures. She knew the boy was ready for the fall. She knew that the crucifixion. She knew the prophecies. She knew her son was born to die, to die for all mankind, to restore humanity in the eyes of the Creator. She was given the angel, "The Spirit of God overshadow you," the first mention of the Third Person of the Trinity. God was a Trinity! Creator, Son and Holy Spirit!
The rest is in the details.
But, oh, you might want to know about this the Incarnation.
Dogma 165) Mary was a virgin before, during and after the birth of Jesus Christ.
Dogma 168) Moreover, after the birth of Jesus Mary remained a Virgin. (In good faith.) Christ was born on the side of Mary, as Eve was from Adam's side, thus retaining her virginity

You are right. She is not God (a deity) and the Catholic Church teaches otherwise.

I certainly do not have to be in the Bible. It does not say anywhere in the Bible that everything is in the Bible.

    We believe it is creature.
      * Looks down * thumb
(and I thought using the word "creature" was cool in that context … you do not normally get to use it like that …. ah well, ce la vie)

  18. sparki77 says:

    1. Catholics do not believe that Mary is divine.
      2. Catholics understand that when Jesus promised his followers eternal life, that he was serious. And when the saints die and go to heaven, they are still part of the Body of Christ, which means they are still praying for God's will on earth as in heaven. So ask a saint in heaven to pray with us and for us is like asking your friend or family to pray with you and for you. Except a little better, because the saints living in heaven there is bogged down in "earthen vessels" as Christians still living on earth.
      3. Scripture in which Jesus states to Mary as "go-to" person is John 2. Go read it again. Why is Mary in the story at all if Jesus was not trying to show that he is going to listen to their requests, including requests made on behalf of others? Mary lives in heaven - he is not dead. She remains part of the Body of Christ, and yet will take our concerns to his son, and we still say, "Do whatever he tells you to do."
      4. The Bible refers to a number of people as "blessed", but when the angel of God, greets Mary in Luke 1:28, it uses the title "full of grace". (It should be read Greek to see there is a title - you read Greek? "If you do not have to be aware of the fact that Protestant Bibles purpose soften the translation to" most favored "or something so people do not receive all Catholics in them). What is the fullness of grace? The total acquittal. Only Mary refers to this form in the Bible. She is apart, different from the others for the role it would play into the equation of Salvation of God (the birth of Christ, which allows incarnate).
      5. If Christ had not been human, he could not have suffered and died for our sins. His divinity is from God the Father, but the flesh is of Mary. So Mary is an integral part of our salvation.
      6. The word "pray" means "ask." In the epistles of the NT, the saints ask each other to help all the time. While it is well to make a holy life on earth to pray for you, well ask a saint in heaven to pray for you. Jesus did - take a look back to the Transfiguration, when consulting with Moses and Elijah. If it were truly a sin to get help from the saints in heaven, why would Jesus do?

  19. Deep Thought says:

We do not believe that Mary is a god or deity, but when the word of God "is used in association with Mary, who is supposed to mean that Mary was" very good ". And she was pure, a virgin as the prophets predicted.
EDIT: The importance of Mary in terms of salvation is contained in Scripture. First look at Luke where the angel of the Lord says, "Blessed are you among women …" (Luke 1:42). And Mary responds to the song that says "from now onwards all generations will call me blessed." And in Matthew 12:48-50 Jesus tells us that all who do the will of the Lord are his brothers and his mother, and this aims to be his mother Mary and, therefore, the mother of the disciples. Furthermore, the cross, Jesus said to the disciple, "Behold your mother" (John 19:25) and the Lord's commandment is "Honor thy father and mother" (Deuteronomy 5:16). And we know that in order to inherit eternal life, we must keep the commandments, one of which is repeated to honor Jesus' from his father and mother "(Mark 10:15). Therefore, be brothers of Jesus, have a common mother, and blessed. Thus, in keeping with the commandment to honor its previous all saints, because she is his mother and they are our brothers in Christ.

  20. Marysia says:

Oh, we can ask God when we get to Heaven - Why would you choose Mary to a nurse, raise and educate your child?! then we can ask Jesus - Why on earth, at the wedding, did you listen to your mother about his father and then at the Cross is more concerned about "his" and then the rest of humanity - what were thinking? going to forget the incident in the temple during the presentation! she is special, but not a "god" thats just silly
"Not once," his hatred of the RCC seems to run very deep. also teaches us to love one another and not being judgmental are not you?!

  21. Catholic Mythbuster says:

No, no, she is divine. We never have said she is divine.
We pray to Mary and the saints in the way of "demanding" as in, "Tell me, pray ….." (It is shorter in the Puritan and Quaker dialects to" beg "or "Please")
I'm sure have no problem with asking other Christians here on earth to pray for you, right? We do exactly the same with Mary and the saints and their prayers for us are more powerful because they are in heaven, perfect in love.
Contrary to what seem to believe, praying to the saints is supported by Scripture.
It's been reported in the Bible that some people's prayers are more effective than others. Take, for example, James 5:16-18.
"The prayer of the righteous is powerful in its effects. Elijah was a man of like nature with ourselves and he prayed earnestly that no rain, and for three years and six months did not rain on the earth. Then he prayed again and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit. "
The Blessed Virgin, being sinless, has prayers of the highest power, not only for his sinlessness, but also because of its position as the Mother of God.
If it is objected that the dead saints do not hear us, we can say with confidence that comes from the support of the Scriptures, the following:
      1) While the Saints have gone from this world, they are certainly alive, more than they are! Jesus alludes to this when he speaks of "the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob," stating that "He is not the God of the dead but of the living." (Matthew 23:32)
      2) Those who are in heaven and have no sin (Revelation 21:27)
      3) God is fully capable of giving them the power to hear us
      4) Hebrews 12:1 describes a "cloud of witnesses"
      5) Revelation 6:9-10 tells us that the prayers are given to us in heaven for the saints
      6) In Revelation 8:3-4, has an angel "prayers of the saints" and presents them to God,
      7) Jeremiah is described as someone who "prays much for the people", after his death in 2 Maccabees 15:13-14
While the Scriptures, in fact, that many call her blessed, just called Mary full of grace. This occurs in Luke 1:28, when Gabriel brought the news to Mary that she will be the mother of the Messiah. His exact words were "Hail full of grace (sometimes translated as" highly favored "), the Lord is with you." This is where the first line of the Hail Mary prayer comes.
The second line comes from the Visitation in Luke 1:42, when Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, exclaims: "Blessed are you among women! And blessed is the fruit of your womb! "It also says" But who am I, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? "
It is at this point that Mary gives her Magnificat (Luke 1:46-55). In it, prophetically proclaims, "Behold, from now on, all ages call me blessed." This has become reality, as more and more every generation come to venerate her and call her blessed among women.
A Catholic understanding of the biblical doctrine flows, but also from Sacred Tradition, that knowledge has been transmitted to us from the Apostles. We must be careful to avoid Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone,) as it is a concept of self-defeat. Never been taught. In fact, the Church, not Scripture, the Bible calls the "pillar and foundation of Truth." (1 Timothy 3:15)

  22. Believer, wife & mother says:

Although not mentioned by the name of Mary is mentioned in the first book of the Bible, by God himself. "I will put enmity between thee and the woman and her seed and thy seed." When God spoke to the woman, he was talking about Mary.
When San Gabriel appeared to Mary, told her that God has found favor in her. And his cousin Elizabeth also said he was chosen among all women.
God created for this purpose and made her queen of heaven and earth.
Throughout all generations of the first mention of it to the crucifixion, many still do not believe in Jesus, God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. And yet Jesus gave us as our example, our Mother and our Queen. And yes I implore the intercession of his Son Jesus, because he always came over us, because she is his mother, his rose, his heart.
If Jesus put this pedestal, we're going to take down. After all He is God. God bless you.
BTW, how do you feel when someone hurts your mother. Then think of how Jesus felt every time someone tries to harm his mother Mary.

  23. Dante says:

Why has a deep respect for Catholicism, he does not believe in the infallibility of the Bible - but rather on the teaching and tradition of the Catholic Church?
They do not believe in the redemptive work of Jesus.
They believe that is not reconciled with God.
      They believe that Mary is the co-Redemptress of Creation, so you do not need Jesus;
His beliefs call a curse upon you, and wish eternal damnation on anyone who thinks contrary to the documents of Vatican II!
And the list goes on …
What a FUBAR religion of hate!

  24. Lincoln6 says:

The devotion to Mary was founded by a 7th century Pope. Before this, her Assumption into heaven was considered folklore, until the Vatican decreed that it would be about religion. Leaders of the Protestant Church, knowing this is the reason that Protestants do not worship Mary the way Catholics do.

  25. The Pontiff says:

    All Mary's story is absurd.
First, Catholics want to believe that she is a virgin, although she was married to Joseph.
So she gives birth to Jesus as a "Virgin" Mary, though she is married to Joseph?? So is cheating on Joseph?
Anyone who imagined this story does not want anyone to believe that Jesus could be born through normal sexual intercourse, either with God or Joseph.
You see how ridiculous this story is?
So when you start to question these things, that "they" (the Church) say they only have to have faith.

  26. Beaver says:

Mary has little meaning for the church, except to give birth to the Lord. No where in the Bible that Mary was active in church work.
Jesus recognized the Santa Maria, but she was not divine. In fact, Jesus also said that anyone can be happier than Mary.
      Luke 11:27-28
It happened that, as he said these things, a business woman raised her voice and said: Blessed is the womb that bore you and the breasts that nursed.
But he said, rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.
If you really look good and read the Bible, the Catholic faith is not conformity with the Bible. They say they do not worship it, but really kneel in your image, praying the rosary, and has many non-biblical rituals. Why is it necessary to intercede with the Father, where Christ is designated to do the job? She is not even ressurected as what Catholics believe.

      Good day! =)

  27. chrispy says:

Nothing against Mary, but I must say that those who sleep on the graves should not be worshiped .. The Bible teaches that the dead are "sleeping" and that when Jesus returns will rise … It also will not be hell after unti .. Satan will be the first in the lake and the last to burn.
The Bible says that anything no, not the dead. (psalm. 115:17 Psalm 6:5, 88:10-12)
"When his breath, and returns to earth in that day his thoughts perish." (Psalm 146:4)
"For the living know they will die, but the dead know nothing." (Ecclesiastes 9:5, first part)
"The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence." (Psalm 115:17)
"Marvel not at this time is that all who are in their graves will hear His voice and come out, those who have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. "(John 5:28,29)
"But I would not have to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that you no pain, like others who have no hope." (1 Thessalonians 4:13)
"Let me talk to you freely of the patriarch David, that is dead and buried and his tomb is with us until the day ….. By David is still not ascended to heaven. "(Acts 2:29, 34 first part, emphasis added.
The death and sleep are used interchangeably, read John 11:11-14.
The Bible also says that death is a dream .. That is, Lazarus, and the girl .. If we have the seed of Jesus within us, then we sleep in the grave until he comes to take us home .. He is so wonderful .. I knew it would be like heaven if we had to go right when he died .. How aweful would see our loved ones who suffer on earth while we were in paradise .. When Jesus returns the trumpet will sound and the dead in Christ shall rise first. (1 Thessalonians 4:6) .. Then the mother and the father of the daughter and son .. Brother and sister all shall be caught up in the air together and spend eternity with no more pain or sorrow .. For God says .. "That will never hunger or thirst … And God will wipe away the tears, all from his eyes. "(Revelation 7:16,17)
Amen .. I thank God for the rest who has promised to give us, we can find joy when we die.
Look at the Strong's Concordance of the words SLEEP, sleep, death, death

  28. makinasc says:

Oh I always wondered this too! I mean, would not almost be considered worshiping a false idol? I only ask Jesus, God or the Holy Spirit and worship God alone. no, Mary!
