I only trust my children to someone I knew, and knew well.
Therefore, I would trust my children to my mother-in-law (who is an atheist), through any Catholic priest (because I do not know any person … unless the father has with K?) .
However, if for example, my uncle or cousin was a Catholic priest would not hesitate to entrust my children to them.

As an atheist I would say that would be a very bad nanny, because little Timmy if he wanted to play in the street, oh well. Plano Sqaushed a Flitter. I do not hate children.I like them medium rare, with a little Chianti. Best left to the priest.

That priest, that an atheist? Do not pretend that atheists are better than the priests who murder people and upset the children. Like many humans! It depends on you! Some priests indeed! I would prefer that it was always known to the person if I had to rely on them for childcare.

Trust him to do what? None of these categories qualify someone to be "trusted" with my children. The only person trusted with my children, is someone who is full of wisdom, integrity and love.

Actually, it's probably the same in general as is abusing its possibilities. The difference is that when the priest is found to be an abuser who has a whole organization willing to help pay for their crimes in order to protect the organization. Whereas the atheist, or anyone else who is not protected by the Catholic Church usually end up in jail after being caught.
