Praying to the Virgin Mary with a rosary … false teaching?
Jesus gave us a model prayer in Matthew 6:9. We pray to the Father, through Jesus … Right? Now, why some Catholics use the rosary to pray when Jesus told his desciples and the apostles in Matthew 6:7;
And when you pray, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles, because I imagine they will be heard for their (A) many words. (New American Standard Bible)
Then in Matthew 4:10, Jesus said: "Away from me, Satan, for it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and him alone.
I see people praying using these accounts, however, contradicts the writings of this type of prayer and worship. Jesus contradicts himself, so if you are Catholic, do you think you should take to do this?

The sentence should only turn to God Almighty.
By the way, Mary did not remain a virgin after the birth of Jesus. The Scriptures clearly discuss the brothers of Jesus.

Accounts do not pray to help us count the prayers said for 10 Hail Mary can be daunting when you forget what the number that you encounter. Prayer, the Hail Mary, is mainly found in the Bible.

I very much agree with you! I'm not Catholic and feel it is only one of many things that do not follow the Bible. I dont HINK is also fair to have to confess your sins to a priest as in the Catholic faith as the Bible says to confess your sins to the Lord.

Jesus Christ is all you really need to pray to God.
There have been a lot of contradictions that has supported Catholic faithful. The church has emphasized both the sacrifices and including novenas, prayers of the rosary. All practices of Tis not within the teachings of simple sentences in the Bible teaches. Even God himself said his few words. Offerings and sacrifices were commanded by God to the Jews as an atonement for the Evil they have done against God in its early stages. But in the last period that God said it has enough of burnt offerings and sacrifices, and what you need is mercy. The prayer of the rosary was introduced after the miracle of Lourdes, where the three visionaries saw the image of Mary the Mother of Jesus appears before them counting the bills in his fingers. This accounts chains has numbers equivalent to the prayers recited on each occasion. Muslims also have such accounts to recite the names of many of God. I've also seen them do that Hindus and their way of recitation of mantras during meditation and prayer. Not listed on the teachings of the Bible, but most likely only initiated by the religion as a way of offeringss and sacrifices.
I think it is a false teaching. They are not praying to the accounts being used to count and they do because that is what we are taught to do. It is never a good idea to attack the belief of people or method of worship. I was raised Catholic but am no longer a member of the Church because of the lessons that I think are false and man came from God. The truth was revealed to me because I was looking for and I think God is revealed to all who seek him. Each person grows in the knowledge of the Lord at their own pace.
It says in the Bible to pray to false gods, Catholics are guilty of the charges, while the virgin is the mother of Jesus, she should not be prayed. or any other saints.
Why the hell are you asking this?!?! The Catholic people will not change their habits just because you think it is heretical / wrong / whatever.
Moreover, Catholics, as well as the love of Mary and the saints, not to worship them. It was put on the same level as God, Jesus, etc. Just to honor and emulate them as great examples of a Spirit-filled life.
And why are you so stupid as to alienate the very people who are more likely to reach an agreement and work with you when it comes to fighting against abortion, marriage between same sex, religion, getting back in government, etc type of work?

So who the hell died and made you leader of prayer? people do what they will do the most spiritual sense. Sometimes a little ritual is better than standing there making demands.
I believe that is necessary when you can show me in the Bible!

I do not think that Catholics pray to the beans: I used to count the repetitions of prayers.

This shows that repeated prayer with the right attitude is very pleasing to God. Recited the Rosary devoutly, fulfills part of the biblical admonition to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thess. 5:17) Furthermore, the complete rosary is scriptural, "Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is you "is said by the angel Gabriel at the Annunciation. Ahem! The Catholics are not the only religious group that prays the rosary! Many Protestants once they understand what is the rosary. The string of a meditation on the life of Christ! You should know that prayer is the Our Father. It felt very bad to have repitition of words. Everyone knows it and that when a Catholic prayers Our Father or the Hail Mary over again or think about what the words mean, or think about something that has to do with God. That's not pointless repitition. And by the way, have you ever said the Our Father more than once in your life? When you say grace before meals that you usually say the same thing? It would be helpful to find a source of Catholic information on the subject before hitting him!

U've done a very good research using the Bible. Many religions today do things that r not approved by the word of God. Telling people their religion is wrong can cause hatred or attachment. The best you can do is offer to reason with them, but it is they change their minds.
Humans contradict things. If you know that the truth shall make you free, not confusion.
Catholics do many things that are contrary to the Bible. The prayer for the dead is one of them.
