It completely depends on whether the person is going to be a diocesan priest or a religious priest. A diocesan priest has the equivalent of a masters degree in theology, which is normally a 4 years full time. Then spend some time as the duration of a transitional deacon (of time determined by the bishop) and then you are sorted. Roughly I would say 4 years to obtain his BA in Theology / Philosophy 4 years to go through training for the priesthood and obtained his Masters in Theology and Pastoral 1 + years of serving as a transitional deacon Or about the time they are 27-ish.

I'm not sure (maybe about 7 years ?...) but try asking www.ewtn.org experts. If you are considering the priesthood, CONGRATULATIONS! That ROCKS! I also feel called to religious life, and I'm probably going to enter the convent after high school / college.
