I see the result of that terrible American Protestant culture of inbred Hicks. I'm not sure how many times has to be repeated or stated. The statues are not idols, since they are not a cult. They are no different from a circle of prayer inanimate, I guess when I beg you sometimes have their hands and pray with others at your side? The statues you ask, are constructed as holy for a reason. We ask the saints to support us in our prayers to Jesus Christ the Lord. Rosaries? It's no different from a Bible. After all, why a Bible when you can learn everything by oral tradition?! The point is there rosaries to help lead the prayers, so do not skip one, but could easily lose sight of that prayer you are. While it certainly may seem like idolatry to two people without healthy brain cells to rub together.

First, the Hail Mary is a quote from Scripture, there can be nothing wrong with that. Our statues are not gods, are to remind people to remember the holy Christ. The completion of statues began centuries ago when most people could not read and Bibles were written by hand so there were very few of them. The only place where a person can hear the Scriptures was in church. Statues of the characters in the Bible helped bring these stories to life. They were used to help teach. But today, we use to remember and recall. When I look at a statue of Mary, the visual aspect helps me to focus on his humility and willingness to give everything to God. How many times have you heard someone say "I am a visual person, learn better with visual aids" or "I'm a hand in person," and so we need and use our senses to help you concentrate and meditate. That's all. God himself had statues of the ancient Jewish temple viewing angels, statues, etc. So they are not wrong. The statues of false gods to be worshiped for wrong. Catholics know that they love and the difference between our God and a statue.

Catholics worship the Triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and Him only. There is a difference between "worship" and "honor". Catholics honor (show respect) the statues of Jesus, for example, just as patriotic Americans honor (to show respect to) the American flag. The flag is just a piece of colored cloth, but it is an honor because of what it represents. Similarly, a statue of Jesus is only plaster and paint, but because of who honor represents. A Catholic does not worship a statue of Jesus that an American patriot loves the American flag. Hail Mary full of grace in the Bible, the angel said to Mary, the same, when he spoke to Mary. Mary is a goddess and no Catholic believes that, or pay tribute to her as if it were their own DIRECTLY mother.we pray to God!. However, I would like to ask a relative or friend to pray for you. Sainst We ask the intercession of Mary and to pray for U.S., and it is biblical. Here some Referance for you. And here are some Referance Bibilical therefore in Psalm 103 we pray, "Bless the Lord, you his angels, that the powerful who do his word, listening to the voice of his word! Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers to do His will! "(Psalm 103:20-21). And in the first verses of Psalm 148 we pray, "Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord of the heavens, praise him in the highest! Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his army! " Not only praying heaven with us, also pray for us. In the book of Revelation, John sees that "the elders [the leaders of the people of God in heaven] fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints "(Revelation 5:8). Thus the saints in heaven offer to God the prayers of the saints on earth. Angels do the same: "[an] angel came and stood at the altar [in heaven] with a golden censer, and was given much incense to mingle with the prayers of all saints upon the altar of gold before the throne, and the smoke of incense rose with the prayers of the saints from the hand of the angel before God "(Revelation 8:3-4).

Images and statues Deut. 4:15 - this verse, Protestants say that since he saw "no way" the Lord, recorded images should not do it. Deut. 4:16 - of course, in the early history of Israel was forbidden to make images of God, because God has not yet reveal himself visibly "in the form of any figure." Deut. 4:17-19 - Therefore, the Israelites had represented God not yet revealed who might be tempted to worship in the form of an animal, bird, reptile or fish, which is a common misconception of time. Exodus 3:2-3, Dan 7:9, Matt. 3:16, Mark 1:10, Luke 3:22, John 1:32, Acts 2:3 - later, however, we see that God revealed in visible form (as a dove, fire, etc.). Deut. 5:8 - God's commandment "Thou shall not make an idol" is fully connected to the worship of false gods. God does not forbid images used in worship, but bans images of themselves to be worshiped. Exodus 25:18-22, 26:1,31 - for example, God orders the making of the image of a gold cherub. This image of heaven, of course, is worshiped by the Israelites. Instead, the image you have of their minds to the supernatural and calls God. Num 21:8-9 - God also commands the execution of the bronze serpent. The image of the bronze serpent is not an idol to be worshiped, but an article that raises the spirit of the supernatural. I Kings 6:23-36, 7:27-39, 8:6-67 - Solomon's temple contains statues of cherubim and images of cherubim, oxen and lions. God did not condemn these images that were used in worship. 2 Kings 18:4 - it was only when people began to worship the statue that incur the wrath of God and the king destroyed it. The order prohibits the use of recorded images deals exclusively with the false worship of those images. 1 Chronicles. 28:18-19 - David Solomon gives plan for the refined gold altar with a golden cherubim images. These images were used in the Jews' most solemn place of worship. 2 Chron. 3:7-14 - the house was full of gold with elaborate cherubim carved in wood and covered in gold. Ez. 41:15 - Ezekiel describes the images recorded on the church has carved portraits of cherubs. These are similar to images of angels and saints in many Catholic churches. Col. 1:15 - the only image of God that Catholics worship is Jesus Christ who is the "image" (Greek "Eikon") of the invisible God.

This question has been answered by millions of Catholics of times. First, we ** ** DO NOT worship idols. The statues are there to remind, not worship. Mary is the Mother of God, and therefore we ask you to intercede with God for us.
